If you want decent food that will be prepared wrong every time this is the place to order from.
Edit- after the response from the “owner” sending me to the FAQ page and basically saying it was the delivery companies responsibility to take care of the issue. My issue was not the delivery, that went flawless as usual. My issue is with the quality of your food.
I did get a refund for my order, and then got an email asking for a review.
1st order was great.
2nd order was dry. Not so much the chicken but the lack of sauce.
3rd order was a few months later and was good
4th order basically had no sauce at all and the chicken was dry too
5th and final order was not only the wrong items (received bone in wings not boneless) but the lack of sauce was ridiculous even after ordering extra sauce.

The chicken was very old and hard to chew. Totally dissatisfied! Lost a customer….I spent $30.00 with you guys just last night. Don’t be unprofessional, no excuses, I ordered from Itsjustwings.com not Door Dash. Make it right! Give me a Full Refund!

I placed my order online and drove there for pickup. “First time ordering” I followed the online directions and pulled in a spot for pickup and the sign said someone would be out to help me. Waited 5 minutes. Called the number and it said.wait there and I’d receive help help shortly. Another 5 min. and I called again and talked to someone who told me to come in and get it. THIS IS B. S.!!! Ooohhh, and when I got home they were so over cooked it was like chewing leather!!
