Wings were amazing. The apple ones were so good, we’ll definitely be back. Free fries were alright quality, but they were FREE! This is one of those “Ghost Kitchens” and it happens to be operating out of the Chili’s. No problem there, but it was a bit weird looking for the pick up point. Just go to the Chili’s pickup spaces.

Wife ordered DoorDash here by mistake, but order showed up in under 20min. However, curly fries were tepid and a bit soggy from the oil (probably perfect warm and crispy, who knows?). Wings were very overcooked, but at room temp when I got them. Location is just 2 miles away. I suspect this was stuff laying around and used for our order. Last straw was the black hair under a curly fry (I’m gray). This place is permanently off my list.

Definitely avoid this place.
This is not a chicken wing place. They sell scraps. It’s less than a nugget. They count these as a boneless wing. Ridiculous!
Also, the ranch is super warm and watery.

I normally love their wings. I made a door dash order for 22 (11 apple and 11 Honey Chipotle). What I got was not 22 wings. More like 12 if that and a small amount of fries. What happened guys??

After a DoorDash driver stole my initial order, I ordered again through the It’s Just Wings website. They redirected my order to the same city name in a completely different state. Not only did I not get my food twice, but I was unable to contact anyone for customer support as they have no means to do so.
I highly advise against ordering anything through this company. Chili’s will only tell you to contact their customer support, which they apparently don’t even have.
This was quite possibly the worst online ordering experience I have ever had.

The service here left much to be desired. The check in process is worthless because apparently no one is paying attention to it. It would have been much more beneficial to just tell customers to come inside and grab your food, as opposed to checking in and waiting for someone to bring your food to you. I guess it’s my own fault for waiting 15 minutes, only to just go in and pick it up myself. My food was cold not only because of waiting, but also because the ETA they gave for order completion was 8 minutes later than actual completion… I guess I see now why there were only a few cars in the parking lot for lunch.

I was initially confused about the restaurant location, but then realized it’s a part of Chili’s Restaurant takeout section. Otherwise we were looking for an alternative to Buffalo Wild Wings and were pleasantly surprised with the quality and price. The curly fries were a nice perk. Would definitely come back for boneless wings at a minimum.

I had tried their Honey Sriracha flavor previously and enjoyed it. However, this time I ordered and received an undercooked chicken wing. My entire batch was inconsistent with some pieces being pinkish, others fully cooked and if I hadn’t noticed and ate the piece, the raw chicken could pose as a health hazard.

Y’all. This is one of my three go-to chicken places in Madison. It’s Just Wings, Tender Shack, and Canes. Each is a different vibe and each has stellar chicken. I absolutely LOVE how straightforward the It’s Just Wings menu is – you get plenty of chicken, plenty of fries, and plenty of sauce options. All of the food is amazing. It’s hard not to eat here every night!

Awful! Pulled in to curbside waited 10 mins while watching the staff walk around and talk before calling and asking for a refund and all of a sudden someone was able to bring my food out. No where online let’s u enter special instructions like extra crispy, wings were soft, huge and gummy. I will not go back and or recommend to anyone $30 wasted!!!
