I ordered bone in and ended up with boneless, which is equivalent to going into meijer and using my air fryer to do some Tyson boneless wings.. may have been better. I order garlic Parmesan and my “wings” were dry with not to much flavor.

Like the food but this time. I opened up my ranch container to find a piece of hair right on top and there is NO NUMBER to call the place and talk to anyone about it. The number online is out of service does anyone know how to contact them to let them know so I can get my money back.

To be honest, the wings need extra sauce if you order via Doordash or Delivery. The take out boxes need some type of paper to absorb the steam the hot food creates in the box. And the To Go Boxes need to have flat bottoms or all the “little bit” of sauce you do get on your wings gets stuck in the curves at the bottom. Everything needed to be heated up, and the wings tasted stail and old. The fries were too cooked to be reheated in air fryer, so it was either cold fries or extra crispy hard fries. If you’re ordering to a hotel or at work, you will not have a salvageable meal. $14 for 8 wings and a “burger kings size medium” fry is too much for the lack of quality. Would not recommend.
While I do see that this is a consistent problem. I also see that the (Owner) has replied to the reviews with a simple “We’re sorry.” I have a hard time appreciating an apology to be genuine when it’s been a problem they are aware of and still the same problems are occurring. People do not like to be disappointed by food and feel swindled by like of corrective action to fix problems.

Service was fast but the wings were terrible! There was more seasoning (lemon pepper) on the curly fries than the wings! Legitimately seemed like they took some plain wings, put them in to-go box with some curly fries and doused everything with lemon pepper. But the lemon pepper only stuck to the fries. Even the chicken tasted pretty bad to be honest.

Ordered 22 wing combo to share. The Buffalo sauce is a joke and nonexistent. Service was slow as we waited at the bar for 10 minutes to get someone to hand us our food. Wings were fine quality. Fries were average.

I got to be honest The wings just don’t have a whole lot of flavor. I got the honey Chipotle and the mango habanero. The honey Chipotle sauce is really more of a texture of honey, It has no actual flavor. The mango habanero one at least has some heat and some sweet, but no where near enough of either. Fry’s are okay but they’re a tad too salty. One saving grace is that the quality of the chicken is pretty good. Buffalo wild wings is better in every aspect.

Both my partner and I got upset stomachs after eating these wings and fries. The wings were dry and chewy. Fries were alright but we ordered extra by accident. I’ve had better wings around town.

Just ordered from DoorDash and I am quite disappointed, as I just spent $30+ on very soggy fries and 4 burnt, nasty deep fried oreos. The wings were okay, but not going to spend my money here again. BWW it is!

Placed an order for the first time today. The website said to park in a to-go spot at Chilis and they would be brought out. After 30 minutes waiting I went inside and found my order sitting on the counter, already lukewarm. Got the apple bbq and some garlic parm boneless wings, both were less than average, will not order again.
