0/10 stars..This is single handedly the worst place I’ve ordered from in my entire life… not only was the coke beverage thicker than the side of ranch, the wings received were raw. The wings were so greasy and undercooked I’m actually confused.
Medium rare wings? Wild. Truly you’d be better off eating absolutely nothing, or just the container the inedible food came in… absolutely disgusting….

I ordered several extra sauces in addition to picking ones in the order but received ZERO sauce with our entire order. Fries weren’t burned really but were somehow super dry and hard as a rock. Barely any rub or sauce on the actual wings. Not sure how this place is even still open.

Not sure where this ghost kitchen is located but the way they just played with me on doordash is insane. 20 boneless chicken wings that were literally almost PLAIN. There was NO lemon pepper rub, just some barely there sauce. I got MAYBE a teaspoon of honey Sriracha sauce on the other half. I’m really not sure what is so hard about making sure the wings are fully covered in sauce but never again. I’ve given this place a couple tries and it’s always mediocre. I dnt even review that often but these dry a** wings got me mad. And whyyyy is it always COLD??

Disgusting. First time I ordered the fries were hot the the boneless wings were so cold. Like to the point that they were extra chewy. I took it back it get It fresh, it was damn near the same way and I’m only upset because I just purchased food from here yesterday and it was delicious. So there’s no reason why I should’ve gotten the food I got today.. Then twice !

Just got my food delivered by door dash, this has to be by far THE worst boneless wings I’ve had. The sauce is just thrown on to my wings, the fries are very dry and cold. I didn’t even get the amount of wings that I ordered. I got less. My food wasn’t even stickered shut or anything, the bag wasn’t stickered shut. The only decent thing from this order, is the ranch.

The food did not taste good. The boneless wings we not fried well like I specified, so they felt soft. The curly fries on the other hand were fried to hard, almost burned. The pies had no taste, no flavor, & looked underbaked. 0 stars would not recommend. Waste of money.

Food, service, and quality are spectacular. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because a lot of my fries got soggy from being packed with my wings. I feel like if you asked to have things packed separately, the food would be perfect.

It was just bad wings. I thought I ordered Garlic Parm but I guess I ordered the Tyson frozen and thawed again special. Didn’t eat more than one of the wings and it was definitely frozen and thawed and frozen again. There’s a wing shortage but that was pathetic….aside from the wings I had one fry and I hated it. I’ll never give them my money again.

Ok, so Im a wing lover and I always like seeing how others do it, especially if you’re doing JUST WINGS right?!?! So I got the 20 piece boneless, no sauce (got it on the side). They were dry as hell. Like my toddler who loves her some boneless chicken, wouldn’t even eat them. And I only enjoyed like one of the sauces I got, the other two had weird after tastes. I got a small 8 piece order of the bone in and the skin was so dry it was weird to eat and I only had two. We got the oreo dessert too and I was sick to my stomach after eating one. IDK what others look for in a wing place, but this was not was I was expecting at all.

I’d give lower if I could. I sat waiting on the curbside pickup and after over 10 minutes I went in. I noticed no one was coming out. The food was cold! Horrible service and full of excuses. If you don’t have the staff to run a business, don’t fake it!
Update! I did contact through Facebook and the website and still no refund. It’s clear that the customer service is lacking throughout the organization.
10 days later, reference a complaint # 2801219 and still no response from the company. I won’t be a patron to any of the affiliated restaurants.
