Ordered 16 wings and fries while staying in Asheville and these were some of the best wings my wife and I had out. The flats and drums were equally proportion which never happens and we really appreciated that. The mango habanero and sweet chili glaze flavors we chose were delicious. Fries were salted and tasty as well. This was our first experience ordering from It’s Just Wings (Chili’s) and I’d definitely order again. Also, it was affordable. Thank you for a great first experience and having fair and reasonable prices!

First let me say I’ve had these wings before and they were great. Dunno if it’s covid understaffing, or just laziness but this was NOT it. I ordered 2 orders of wings, 11 each. Neither was correctly sauced. Basically naked chicken with a drizzle on top. And they were cold due to not being dropped at the correct time. Never again.

We’ve ordered twice and the wings were great! We prefer the dry rubs to thier sauced wings. They go a little heavy on the sauce. The flavors are really good.
There was a divider separating the wings from the fries. The fries, suck though. Soggy and cold,both times we’ve ordered. My complaint isn’t really a complaint, but some of our wings were HUGE. It’s worth the money, just don’t expect much out of the fries.

Objects in pictures are way more appetizing than the orders that appear from this place. Disgusting. The “smoked” wings are definitely fried. They were overcooked and dry. The fries tasted old. It turns out that it’s inside the Chili’s, but somehow not affiliated. The service was terrible. The cashier couldn’t ring anything up for me or add anything to the order. I didn’t get sauce on the wings because I thought that they were smoked and wanted the sauce on the side but there wasn’t an option. I wish I had saved my money because my order wasn’t even edible. Do yourself a favor and just go to the Cookout that is next door.

Absolutely ridiculous & just down right lazy. We received our food with the bag and fries completely covered in sauce. Huge mess… had to lay a towel down from it staining things in our home. Even our dasher said to leave a review.. just so disappointed for the price you pay. I would not recommend unless you’re looking for a mess and saucy fries. Future advice – separate the fries from the wings, and maybe consider containers that actually close. The sauce just sits at the bottom of the box, the wings aren’t even covered. Just all around bad experience. & apparently this is a Chilis. It is very misleading. We thought this was another franchise business so take that into consideration as well.

I’ve gotten wings delivered from this place twice and the first two times they were delivered in styrofoam they were great. Fries were always soggy and meh but the wings were worth it so it was okay. This time however the wings came in plastic Tupperware containers and were nearly inedible. More gristle and fat than chicken, absolutely disgusting, couldn’t even get through half. So let down to lose the only wing place that would deliver to me.

The wings were amazing! They’re perfectly cooked, sauced, and if you have them delivered via DoorDash they’re kept warm till they’re delivered.
I ordered the BBQ boneless wings, Honey Siracha boneless wings, Apple BBQ boneless wings, and two orders of curly fries on the side.

I don’t know what these negative reviews are talking about. I ordered four different flavors of wings. They were cooked to perfection and the flavors were great! My favorite was the honey sriracha and my husband enjoyed the ranch dry rub. You also need to try the fried Oreos! We will be ordering again!

First off let me say, I have never written a review nor do I care too. This experience needs to be shared so others may not make the same mistake. Problem one: This is a chilis, not some local restaurant or even its own franchise. They literally operate out of a chilis, with no signage on the door except to tell you to part a designate spot and wait for someone to come and bring the food to you. Should have been the first clue. Needless to say I didn’t listen but I didn’t get my hopes up. I arrived earlier than the expected ready time, cause I would rather wait and get my wings hot. When I went inside they were already ready and sitting there for me. I got home and I had ordered 24 bone in wings and 11 boneless wings, 2 sauced and 2 dry rub flavors. Upon inspection most of the wings were cold and soggy. One was drowned in sauce, the other barely had sauce on them. Both were supposed to be (hot) but neither were nor had any flavor of what was described. The dry rubs were covering the bottom of the containers rather than the wings themselves. I maybe ate 12 of a possible 35 wings. Not to mention, the fries were rubber. Cheap Arby knock off rubber curly fries. If I get my money back great and I will try in the morning or probably most likely wait til monday with the holiday, but I doubt a company that puts out a product like this will do anything than continue the scam of which they operate. DO NOT GO HERE. GO LOCAL!!!!! THIS PLACE IS F***ING TRASH. As a former restaurant GM and having worked in every position in the industry, and took pride in the product I put out. I would never say this has anything to do with the employees themselves other than I understand not making adequate wages produces poor performance, which clearly this experience is a result of. The pandemic food experience has ruined restaurants and I hope this place never puts out a wing order ever again.

I ordered wings through Door Dash and the driver arrived late with my order and my fries were cold. Why didn’t Rebecca use her phone’s GPS? Who knows….I wish that I could get my tip back along with half the price of my order. The wings were pretty good. (Just lukewarm)
