Food was NOT Good at All!!
Chicken wings were dry. The mild wings sauce was on some wings and not the others. The other wing sauce was not good but drenched the wings.. The fries were the worst i ever had, they tasted like cardboard. Total disappointment and waste of money!

Where do i start. We’d moved back from Alabama a while ago, and were so excited to see this, bc It’s Just Wings was our absolute favorite wing spot there…..THIS was just gross and disappointing. I ordered 8 wings and got 7 mushy wings and abt 3 fries. I ordered Bleu Cheese but had received Ranch. My sons wing count was right, but still mushy, cold and he MAY have gotten 4 fries which were also cold, mushy and gross….we’d ordered lastnight too and thought they were surely just having a bad night. So tried again tonight and were both even more disappointed. ♀️ The Dr Pepper was good tho.

I’ve ordered from here 3 times now, 3 days in a row, the traditional wings are a little fatty but overall we’re good. The boneless wings are really good but one order of them had hardly any sauce and everything was cold , hence 4 stars instead of 5

Chilis is not to blame for “It’s just wings” however the food is terrible. The 8 piece wings were super fatty, soggy and undercooked. I got the 4 piece tenders and they were also soggy and unseasoned. I bit into one and there was this small hard unidentified crunch. Thankfully the person who answered the phone was understanding and refunded our food but I would not recommend !!!

We went there to get my birthday dessert we both ordered off the 1099 special where you get a drink appetizer and an entree I ordered my drink in a to go glass I ordered a bowl of chili no cheese came out ice cold I ordered a bacon cheeseburger without the cheese and I’m allergic to seafood and fish so they told me I should not eat anything fried so I ordered a salad with no cheese both came out with cheese on them the manager came over told her what was going on I got to sell it with no cheese but she yelled at the waiter saying that that’s not what she told him that I could have fries and I wasn’t supposed to get a choice of something else she brought me out a burger that they were cooking for someone else I had ordered pink in the middle there was no pink there was no bacon on it by time I got my burger my husband was done with his meal and the manager blamed it on having two new cooks in the kitchen how dare she blame it on somebody else

Missing wings and the other 6 don’t have any sauce on them, missing half of the fries and what comes is just regular fries not curly, and if you order sides of sauces you’ll end up paying for it but never get them delivered
