Ordered wings with fries and 3 blue cheese dressings, , got no dressing at all and cold food , dry , rubbery wings, probably reheated 100 times, cold fried, never again , wasted money . I did not read the reviews, ordered with DoorDash, this place should be closed, the way they handle food , disregards for customers is not acceptable. This is a joke, all the bad reviews for years and no improvement, “the owner” just copy and paste the same response to upset customers who wasted their money on not edible food

First it’s inside a chili’s restaurant and there’s a sign (with no phone number)for curbside pick up. The sign says wait in your car and someone will come assist you. No one ever came out. So I look up the number and I call. There’s an automated message emphasizing the same message “someone will come to your car.” I chose to speak to someone in the restaurant and they told me I was supposed to come in and get the order.
Secondly, some of the chicken was raw in the middle. Will not order from here again.

Fictitious Elements
Should’ve just trusted the negative reviews. This is Chili’s getting rid of their leftovers (for which they charge you full price). The boneless chicken is so fatty, with about a 40/60 batter/chicken ratio. Grease was soaking through the paper and box. “Hot” sauce was flavorless and bland. Also, It’s Just Wings orders take a back seat if the Chili’s kitchen is busy. Estimated 25-30 min delivery took 75 min, and 2 different drivers cancelled because Chili’s was taking too long. My friend ordered bone in wings and they were raw half way through. It’s the morning after and I’ve almost thrown up twice. What a waste of money.

The one time I didn’t read the reviews.. I wish I had.. if I known this was a chili’s I would have not ordered. I feel totally bamboozled, it was late and we’ve been in the car for 12 hours and ordered the first wing place that popped up without looking into it. It should be illegal to pose your resturant as a different name online and use different pictures. Food was subpar for what they charged. My wings werent even fully coated. This is literally just Chilis. You are paying for bland wings with terrible sauces and fries with no seasoning. I don’t like to be overly negative about places but the practice of calling a Chilis a different name on the online app space is incredibly deceptive. Also they gave me diharriah and I’m not forgiving them for wrecking my bowels.
