I was very surprised with my experience at Humo. The food was amazing. I had the salmon and my husband had the carnivore pizza along with the mac and green chile. The vegetables and mashed potatoes that came with the salmon were delicious and full of flavor. The salmon was perfect with the crispy skin still on. The pizza and macaroni were so good as well. I had the Mexican beer and it paired great with the food… especially because it was nice and cold. I hope they continue to make their food like this and not cut corners in the future changing the taste or the menu. I don’t like to go out to eat much because it’s so expensive now and the service or/and the food suck mostly everywhere but this place was super impressive. The live music (man playing the clarinet) was the cherry on the top.

Wow. This place was amazing. Size of the establishment was perfect. Atmosphere was perfect. Some music was playing but not over powering and then a gentleman showed up playing the clarinet. He was very talented and his music selection was perfect. I got the Carnivore pizza with a side of Mac and green chile. It was really good. The pizza, depending on the appetite can be shared.

This restaurant is a hidden gem in East El Paso. The ambiance is very elegant and cozy. Our server Francisco was very professional, courteous and friendly! We ordered an appetizer of their calamari which was some of the best calamari I’ve had! The breading and sauce were excellent. We ordered the margherita pizza and added pepperoni to it. The pizza was delicious and was baked in a firebrick oven. EXCELLENT! We highly recommend it. The restaurant has a nice romantic atmosphere that is also family friendly. We will definitely be back!! The atmosphere was amazing… My husband and I started with the carnivore pizza which was to die for… The taste of the wood oven baked pizza is non comparable… We had the ribeye steak and sautéed shrimp, with Mac-Green chile, mash potatoes, and asparagus fries. EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING. Our steaks were prepared perfectly, the Mac green chili was so delicious, the mash potatoes were coated in breadcrumbs making it out of this s world, asparagus fries come breaded and did not disappoint… We ordered two sauces that were both so succulent… The ingredients were so clean and tasty nothing was over powering everything complemented each other very well will be returning very soon thank you, Francisco. Our waiter answered all our questions and was very attentive to our needs. Recommend the spot to anybody who’s looking for a nice dining Experience or an amazing date!!!

Service and the atmosphere were amazing. The food, in the other hand, was not it. My pizza was ok but it was soggy and under seasoned. My friend sayid the same thing about her seafood pasta. The only thing that was a star was the rib. My friend loved her dish and said it was excellent. One thing to note that I did not know is that it is BYOB, they just have an $8 per bottle fee. I would love to go back and give it one more try while I take my wine.

What a wonderful experience! We recently decided to start eating at local restaurants and this was PERFECT! Just my husband and I. Had the Margarita and Carnivore pizza and for an appetizer the calamari. The fit was Ahhhmazing and the atmosphere was just right with great live music!
