Itality Plant Based Food is the best vegan restaurant in Albuquerque New Mexico that I have tried! With their focus on wholistic-traditional ingredients and wholesome flavor it takes your southwestern palette to the next level! There are tremendous things in store for this absolute GEM! Do yourself a favor and order everything on the menu! Fresh, Sweet and Savory, Traditional AND modern-you name it! Also check out their fresh juices! The best part? The owner is so passionate about creating a lasting experience! The atmosphere is a 10. Food 10 and entire staff 10!

I tried Itality for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. I was a little nervous about all plant based food, but it was delicious! Their waffles were fantastic and they have a little greenhouse you can have your meal in. Very friendly staff and will be going again.

I had the OG Nachos Supreme and they were so good. The quinoa in it is an excellent idea. Definitely a good choice if you want leftovers because it’s so big. The service was great. I also tried the blue corn bread and pueblo cookies which were also very good.

Just had a delicious meal here for lunch. We were a group of five, and enjoyed the following: breakfast burrito, NDN taco (beans and veggies on fry bread), fry bread special, blue corn waffle, falafel wrap, and a bowl of anole. The fresh tortillas for the burrito and falafel wrap looked, smelled, and tasted amazing with their flavorful fillings. The fry breads were both great, if messy! It was my first time trying anole and I found it lovely: a smooth and lightly sweetened porridge with fresh blueberries and pumpkin seeds for texture, finished with a berry syrup. We definitely want to return because the rest of the menu also sounds delicious!
We sat in the greenhouse (there is not a lot of seating indoors), which was cute, but I imagine would be hard to tolerate in other seasons.

Stopped by Itality Plant Based Food for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The menu is full of popular American classics—think burgers, nachos, and sandwiches—all done vegan. I tried the nachos, which were solid overall, though they could’ve used a bit more seasoning to really pop. The vibe is super chill and laid back, perfect for a relaxed lunch. You can tell this place is a local favorite, with regulars coming in and out. Definitely worth a visit if you’re craving plant-based comfort food in ABQ.

I am so thankful I had the opportunity to try this welcoming plant-based Pueblo cuisine, while visiting Albuquerque,NM! I ordered the shrooms and waffle, with fry bread on the side and paired with Omega Green smoothie and prickly pear lemonade. Everything tasted delicious, healthy and filling. I look forward to trying more menu items when I visit the area again.
The space was inviting as well as the staff. They do have intimate indoor seating but I opted to get my food to go.

Cleanest tasty food in town. Good portions. Daily stew is always excellent! I also got the Chaco smoothie… great flavor and the little date bites make me ready to return for more. Highly recommend that you eat here.

The food was awesome! It was a real treat to get to try indigenous American food that was plant based. And beyond just having great, creative options, it was all very tasty too. The fry bread was delicious without being super greasy. Everything tasted really fresh and healthy. Enchiladas were also delicious
