We LOVE pizza and IVP in Ebensburg is our favorite! We always order our medium pizza with pepperoni, light sauce, and cooked well done. It never disappoints! Salads are fresh as can be. Ranch is delish. And those pepperoni rolls we took home are to die for. They are amazing when eaten fresh out of the oven and they reheat perfectly as well. You can order individually or by the tray as an 8-count. Ya gotta try this place. Worth every trip and every dollar!

OK, found this place on the fly. Stopped in for a grab and go hoagie and snack. What was delivered including the service was outstanding and extremely tasty. If you haven’t tried Italian Village pizza I’d suggest giving them a shot. The food was as great as the service. Thanks, Italian Village team!

We were traveling through town on a road trip and found Italian Village in Ebensburg on Google. The reviews were good enough to make us want to stop. We were hit with the aroma of fresh dough as we walked in; we knew we were in for a treat. Morgan greeted us and provided menus right as we sat down. We ordered a small dinner salad and a medium supremo pizza. The dinner salad was big and came with a bread stick. Our pizza came out shortly after. It was hot, the dough was crisp and fresh and had plenty of toppings. My only complaint is that the bread stick would have been perfect if it was warmed up and they used fresh mushrooms instead of canned on the pizza; otherwise this was a 5 star experience. Morgan was great. We would definitely come back and will recommend to any out of town travelers reading this.

We’ve been here before and it was counter service only (order at the counter, eat at the table or carry out). This visit we were told to seat ourselves and the waitress promptly waited on us.
If a menu has spinach artichoke dip we always order it, it was just ok. Honestly it has a cardboard box type taste to it, like one you’d buy at the grocery store and pop in the microwave. The chips were stale tasting and you could tell they were tossed in the fryer and some weren’t crisped back up. We wouldn’t order it here again.
Pomodora Campanelle was the daily special good and came with a side salad and bread. It was good.
Veggie calzone was also delicious, despite ordering a small, half went home with me. But I did have a bit of spinach dip and chips.
There was only 1 waitress and despite a small crowd she was prompt, we did wait about 10 minutes for our check. There was a busy spell with take out orders and others paying at the counter (she took our check/payment at the table).

This is the best pizza shop in Central Pennsylvania! I ate there for the second time yesterday, hoping the for the crispy crust pizza I enjoyed the first time. I was not disappointed. The pizza was fresh hot with a delicious sauce and good pepperoni and a perfect crust, not only in texture but also taste. My small salad was anything but small, piled high with goodies. And my fountain Coke, was not diluted, but tasted like the real thing. The waitress was pleasant, efficient, fast and accommodating. They have a full menu, which I hope to enjoy in the future. For me, it is not a short drive from Altoona to Ebensburg, but I will make that drive again because it was so good. I encourage you to try their pizza. It is a gem of a restaurant and worth celebrating.

This is our go-to pizza place in Ebensburg. It has a pretty good menu and there are options if you need to just grab a quick bite and go. Most recently my wife and I just grabbed a few pieces of pizza. They were warmed up custom topped and ready to go in a few minutes. I highly recommend ivp!

I have not been in this place for years. Went in to pick up a called in order. While at the counter waiting, I decided to add to it by ordering 3 bread knots that were behind the glass. The person behind the counter stopped sweeping the floor leaving a pile of swept garbage on the floor. This person put the bread knots in the oven, and while they were warming, went to the pile of garbage on the floor and picked handfuls up with their bare hands, and threw it in to the garbage can. The person then swept the remainder on to a dust pan and dumped it in to the can. Then went to the oven without washing their hands and proceeded to put the knots in the box. The spatula was not working so the person used their same dirty bare hands to touch the knots to put them on the spatula and in to the take home box. I was going to say something but the phone rang for an order and the person went to the phone after giving me the box with knots that were touched with their dirty hands. When I got home, I threw them out. I will not return to this place. Happy eating everyone that choses to eat there.

I’m not the biggest fan of the service but it’s not bad. So 4 stars there. But the food? 5 stars. If you’re in the area and you want delicious pizza, this is the place. My favorite is their white/cheese (no red sauce) pizza. I often get those cuts and they are delicious.
The drink station gets 3 stars instead. It’s not bad, it’s not great. It’s just…eh, not on par with the delicious meals. I don’t want it to sound like I’m ragging, even though it sounds like I am. What I’m saying is that the food is so top tier, that any deficiency anywhere else seems tremendous.

This was a last minute decision to come here because where we had planned to go was closed. We really lucked out. Everything was great here. Food was great, people were great. The place is warm and welcoming and very clean. Both my husband and I were both very impressed. We will be back for sure. Great prices on lunch specials too!
