Edit: I forgot to include that after stating we will be leaving a negative review due to this woman’s conduct, she said her husband (the chef) will come after our family. She threatened our entire family.

STAY AWAY!!! My family has NEVER experienced such poor service EVER. If I could give 0 stars I would. Our family ordered from this establishment and one of our pizzas was incorrect. We ordered a white pizza, which on their own menu states it comes with OREGANO and RICOTTA. Our pizza did not come with these items, and also looked and tasted absolutely disgusting (photo attached). My mother called to request either a refund or remake. The owner answered the phone, immediately with an attitude. When my mother explained the situation, the owner lied to her and said she “made the menu herself” and knows that there is no oregano on their white pizza. ATTACHED IS A PHOTO OF THE MENU SHE “MADE HERSELF” SHOWING OREGANO. She then proceeded to cuss at my mother and call her a multitude of insults, all for requesting a refund. Then she hung up. After we called back, she continued to double down on her rudeness and attitude. In the end, we were still refused a refund for THEIR mistake.

This is not to mention they told us 40 minutes for the pizza, and my mother sat there for an extra 20 mins for the food to actually be ready. The place was a ghost town by the way. Now I see why. If you want the bare minimum of respect from an establishment you are giving your hard earned money to, NEVER come here.

My family and I discovered Beasties and we love to try new things so gave it a try. The owners are extremely nice and welcoming. The food we have tried are the wings, bolies, calzone, pizza and a sub. We dont have 1 complaint and our kids are extremely picky and they beg to eat there often. The portions are really good for the price. 10/10 would recommend. Heck my kids are telling people to come eat there.

The Italian Stromboli was awesome: crispy crust on the outside, soft inside, stuffed with pepperoni, salami, ham, and perfectly melted cheese that stretches just right. The homemade marinara sauce gives it great flavor. Ate it fresh from the oven—super hot and good-sized (had leftovers to take home). The place is clean, cozy, and the staff is really friendly. Fair prices and everything tastes great. Definitely coming back! Highly recommend!

When placing phone order for pickup, told it would be 25 minutes, about 5:30, ready for pickup. . Arrived at 5:30 and it is now 6:18 and still not ready. This will be the last time visiting this business. Finally got my order at 6:25. Ordered stromboli which per menu comes with sauce. When I got home, there was no sauce included. Called to tell them that no sauce was included. Told this to the owner. The owner wanted to know if I asked for sauce. We’ll, I shouldn’t have to ask for sauce when the menu stated it was included. I told the owner I will not go to Beasties again. The response was, in unpleasant terms, I don’t care if you never come back. I then hung up the phone.

Great food and service! I recommend this place. In the corner of a Plaza, behind a laundromat, don’t miss it. FRESH BREAD subs! Large size subs are awesome, a little pricey but good eats and worth it. Everything customizable! Next time pizza!

Anyone here stating the owners are friendly have to be friends and family. Owners are vile and rude when they dont get or hear what they want. The food went down hill after they took over and it is an absolute disgrace. Theres really no hiding that, especially after seeing in the Mt Wolf page how she spoke to two separate customers and threated their family because they complained about the poor food quality and asked for a refund.

10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! I placed an order tonight for pick up.. The girl who took my order METHED it up.. I ordered a cheeseburger sub with no tomato, a chicken parm sub and a kids cheeseburger sandwich plain. The girl tells me my total and asks for my card number, I gave her my card number but thought to myself the whole time why am I paying over the phone when it’s pick up. Oh well maybe that’s the way they do it now since Covid. The girl tells me 45 minutes to pick up, I said 45 minutes for pick up and she says sorry uhhh 30 minutes. Mind you I called at 7:50pm, it wasn’t that busy! We get the order and the cheeseburger sub roll was doughy, the chicken parm sub was dry and sub roll was BURNT, and instead of a plain cheeseburger sandwich, we get a ham and cheese sandwich with everything on it… NOT WASTING MY TIME TO CALL ABOUT MONEY WE WASTED AT THIS PLACE BECAUSE WE WILL NOT ORDER HERE AGAIN! DO NOT ORDER NOR WASTE YOUR MONEY TOO!

I only order from here every once in a while, however everytime I do something puts me off of them. (This order is no different.) Ordered 2 subs, 1 had 2 slices of ham and the cheesesteak was only half way cut open for filling and what was cut was full of holes and falling apart.

A young kid working behind the counter, we came in and he just stared at us. Let’s be honest customer service is dead, however, I do expect somewhat of a greeting when I enter a store. there was no one else in the entire store and they were not busy at all . We ordered a hoagie for pick up, we requested pickles and they forgot them. The hoagie wasn’t really good, however I haven’t had the pizza yet, so I think I will go back and try the pizza.

My husband & I ate lunch here on Saturday. This was our 1st time eating at Besties, & it won’t be the last, because the food was amazing! I ordered a ham & cheese sub & my husband ordered an Italian sub. Both were huge, filled with lots of meat, cheese, & veggies, & toasted to perfection. We ended up taking half of our subs home, because they were so filling! We also had the privilege of meeting the new owners, Chris & Karen, both of whom are very personable & friendly. Their plan is to offer more made-by-hand meals, (as opposed to prepackaged items), & we’re looking forward to their fresh cut fries, baked ziti, etc. Give this restaurant a try! You’ll be surprised at the portion sizes! Also, prices are reasonable, & they have daily specials! YUM!!!
