The owner and staff were super friendly. Now let’s talk about the food. Because of the name I thought this was straight up Italian food. However they have the most amazing grilled grouper. They also have Boston butt pulled pork they can do pig feet and oxtails, the food is very well seasoned. It absolutely was well worth the wait everything in store is made to order So nothing’s precooked ahead of time. Be patient, it is well worth the wait. It’s been a long time since I went out to eat and it actually tasted fresh.

All of the food was great, just like homemade. The waiter, Leroy, was very polite and attentive. The service was great. Recommend calling order in ahead of arrival because they cook your food fresh when you order. If you order after you arrive you may have to wait for a few minutes because they’re preparing other orders ahead of you. The owner was very polite and friendly as well. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended. You’ll get your moneys worth. Very reasonable prices.

The Alfredo sauce itself had a funny taste to it, but it was edible. However, the meat was very well seasoned. It’s a lot better when all mixed together. My best friend and I agree that the cornbread could’ve been a lot more moist. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Today was my first visit and it certainly will not be my last. This is a family ran establishment and they put a lot of love into what they do. I had the lasagna and two sides along with it with garlic bread and it was quite delicious. If you haven’t patronized this particular establishment as of yet please do yourself a favor and do so You will not regret it.

If you’re having any doubts about how good Italian Soul is: worry no more! It was absolutely delicious and the portions will leave you more than enough leftovers but what was even better was the hospitality and kindness of the staff. I ordered for the first time on a very busy night and there were a few mistakes made on my order but as soon as I reached out, my issues were resolved promptly and professionally. Please support this great business; good food is hard to come in Columbus so don’t hesitate to get your plate at Italian Soul!

Amazing food and service! So much food for the price! We tried the lasagna, speghetti, collards, potato salad, Mac n Cheese, baked beans, and peach cobbler. It was all delicious. I have to especially brag on the collards and potato salad. Thanks Samuel for a great experience! We will be back!!

My husband and I decided to eat here on Valentine’s Day because we wanted to go somewhere we had never been and support a local business. It was one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. We were welcomed like family by the staff and the food was fantastic! We will be going back!
