Great food and service. We would love to see more people here and the bar utilized more as well. Do people know about this place? Maybe more advertising? We love it!

What a surprise this place is! It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but you feel like you have entered a different world as soon as you walk in the door.

Ordered literally just a kids plain pasta and some rolls, was told it would be 20 minutes, which i thought was a little wild for just some noodles but alright! I get there, NO ONE is at the front of the store. theres two other people ahead of me and its at least 5+ minutes before we see anyone. I tell the woman my name for the order and she disappears for about another 5 minutes. I pay for my food in cash and she tells me she’ll have to go and get change. ANOTHER 5 minutes later she comes back and hands me two dollars (my change was supposed to be $2.63), I ask her if i can have the coins from my change and she says “we dont really do that here”. So you all just get to pocket the change from every sale because you “dont do coins”? I would have been more than happy to pay with exact change if that had been explained to me, but since I had waited almost an hour for plain spaghetti and rolls and didnt want to wait for her to bring me another dollar, i just left. Insanely disappointed with my first (and last) experience here.

A good friend suggested we go here for dinner on a cold Saturday night. Wasn’t sure what to expect in an old shopping center but we were greater promptly and seated. This resturant uses old dining room furniture repurposed in a commercial setting. Also many other older residential furnishings and the dining areas are broken up. Walls, ceilings and mix of seating areas make it work. Different but pleasant. The menu wasn’t extensive but a really good selection. While I’d prefer a wider selection of wines, it was good. Let me say our server was excellent. She was prompt, not intrusive and very helpful. When I asked for her recommendations she immediately had a go to fettuccine dish and recommended shrimp with it. It was exceptional. Good garlic bread, done just right was a definite add. Salad was a smaller size but very good, all fresh. Some in our group got the buffet which was well stocked though I think as we were later in the evening they said it probably would have been better an hour earlier. Overall an excellent Italian restaurant worth the drive. But for a slightly wobbly table and older chairs at my spot which weren’t well cushioned, they would be 5 stars. Great service and food will definitely cause me to go back.

I never leave reviews ever but this place has really gone downhill the last few years and would like to see it back to normal. First of and most importantly there needs to be a host at the front of the restaurant. I have been here twice in the last few months and nobody has come out to seat us at our table for 20 mins. A lot of reviews are saying the same thing. Host needs to be out there the whole time. This place is clearly poorly managed. The staff is always really nice and doing the best they can with what they are given. The management is at fault here. Now the food is also taken a downward spiral the last few years. Was a 2/10 at best. Wish them the best and hope they can improve in the future. Decor on the left hand side of the place is also atrocious like ur 70s Italian grandma decorated the place.

I eat here occasionally because the food is good and because I appreciate the Mediterranean flair the owner uses in his dishes. It’s a unique approach to Italian, especially in this area.

My girlfriend invited me to lunch at this awesome eatery! She knew the atmosphere was great & told me to expect beautiful furniture pieces and wonderful mismatched dishes and plates. I was totally blown away by the delicious food, the beautiful and fun decor but especially our awesome waitress! I wish I could remember her name to pass on to her manager. She worked 1/17/23 at 2pm and later. I’m sure she remembers us lol!

One of the most authentic Italian restaurants in WV that I’ve been to. Everything tasted freshly homemade, from the Alfredo sauce to the Ranch dressing. The chicken parmesan was enough for 3 people to eat on! We’ll definitely give this place another shot when we’re in town.
