Very good if your passing by and want a sub sandwich . Small portion on the chicken sandwich and light on the sauce for both sandwiches. The cold cut sandwich was very good with its portion. There is not area to sit and eat onsite. Not bad for a little deli. Recommendation put more chicken on your sandwich.

Food was excellent. Service was slow-moving, although staff was hopping as they are always busy and there is little leg room both in the two cutomer aisles and behind the 20 by 4 foot area that anywhere from 4-7 employees had to negotiate
Always well worth the wait.

Great place. Ask and you shall receive. The deli carries specialty Italian meats, cheeses, cookies, canned goods, olives, etc. Pre order around the holidays, if you don’t see it, ask. Very friendly staff and the owner is usually around.

3 years living here, 3 years passing by, and today was the first time I go in… Best sandwich I’ve had in all the spots on 9w hands down.. Definitely returning for my sandwich cravings. Everything was fresh. Tasted fresh. Just the best.

This place says they are the original owners but the food is horrible. I bought the eggplant parm. Stackers twice and the eggplant is raw and can’t be cut. Also, the breading falls off the eggplant. I had to throw half away. This place used to be the best now it is trash.

This place is a gem. The bread is amazing, the cold cuts, the sausages (they were a hit with my Argentinian in laws for one of the asados this past summer). So many great items to choose from as well.

Things appear to have changed for the worse since owner Anthony was tragically killed last year. The once wonderful Italian combo is sadly a shadow of its former self. Previously the meat to cheese ratio was on point, there were great spicy peppers and even the tomatoes were marinaded. The last one I had, there was too much cheese vs meat, a lot of the peppers had stalks on still, uninspiring salad, and it just wasn’t good overall. I hope that everything else is not in decline too. Sorry to say it, but you can’t rely on reputation for ever, and there are now better delis in the area.

Stumbled upon this gem when coming home from the Catskills several years ago and we have been coming back every year since (even going out of our way on a couple of occasions when we were in the area).
High quality meats and cheeses, fresh bread, fantastic prepared meals and unique Italian imports all at reasonable prices. Plus fast an friendly service led by Luigi and Anthony themselves.
Highly recommended if you need a high quality lunch on your long trip home.

Great authentic Italian food. The most difficult decision is deciding what to order.Everything is fresh and delicious.
A true one of a kind experience.
Stop by and say hello to Anthony and the more than friendly staff. Budget some extra time, since the place is usually crowded.
