Most disgusting food we’ve had in years. We ordered a chicken bowl and a sandwich, but after just a few bites we started feeling sick and had to throw everything away. On top of that, it was very expensive for what it was. Truly an awful experience.
The building itself didn’t help either — very run-down, with strange electrical issues. The whole place felt like something out of a bad horror movie.

Fresh City in Westborough, MA (on the I-90 rest-stop plaza) is a very great place to stop for a quick, healthy and delicious bite to eat. They offer salads, burritos, chicken wraps, and many other options.
I would normally rate Fresh City a 5/5. However, earlier this week I ordered a chicken caesar wrap, and when I bit into the wrap, there was an approximately 2-foot-long, grey/black human hair inside of the wrap. I was so disgusted. I had to toss it all away. I couldn’t turn back because I was already 5 minutes away, along the Massachusetts Turnpike.
I’m not quite sure how to rate the the franchise as of now. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND to require all employees to wear hair nets, or otherwise figure out a more hygienic way to run the restaurant.

Never going here again. There were bugs having a party in my salad. The staff wasn’t great either. It took one of them almost a minute to dice a whole carrot and they didn’t maintain the prep area for the vegetables very well.

lousy place there was a line of people waiting to be served and there was absolutely no one in the place the girl didn’t look out to see the line all the customers left because she never came out I don’t know how they can hire people like that if they don’t like to serve the business
