Ordered a large Italian beef with peppers. It took an 40 mins to arrive at my apartment. Pizza was not hot. They goving out pizzas that they already prepared. Payed 42 for my whole order. Was trying to order from the one on 47th but 71st was closet to my address. Had to put pizza in the oven. Should have just ordered a frozen pizza ♀️

South shore location E 71st. No inside dining. Was told 25-30 mns for pie to be ready. Wound up waiting 1 hr 10 mns. So weekend ordering be mindful. Pizza was delicious but too soft. Wasn’t baked all the way in middle and was doughy. Expensive doughy pizza. Delish around the crispy edges. It’s a flat crust so ask for it to cook a bit longer so that it is a bit crispy

I never give bad reviews unless it’s really bad. I called ahead because I had time constraints. I gave my name at the counter and was told my pizza was not up yet. I ordered the pizza @1:10 on 1/18/2026. I sat quietly for an additional 20 minutes. The young lady asked for my receipt. She then realized my pizza was indeed ready and sitting right behind her. In the end I received a cold $30 pizza and not a bit of an apology or acknowledgment. I will not return and will spread the word.

I could NOT believe how awful this pizza was! I order a large thin crust cheese and sausage pizza yesterday for $30 which is the typical price for that size pizza, however the crust taste like stale crackers and very little cheese. My guest were so disappointed! You know pizza is bad when you have over half the box left after your guest leave and no wanted to take any home. So disappointed I will NOT be returning to this establishment! The pizza DID NOT look like the pictures!

I placed an Uber eats order with notes that were overlooked by the cooking staff and upon bringing this to the attention of the cashier, the team exchanged my order without any issues.
I appreciate that level of service instead of arguing about the error. I’ve been a customer since a kid and will continue to order for my kids on pizza night.

The food is not bad, but I suggest calling in your order. I’m assuming this location has a lot of business and you will wait 6 days for your food. I’ve gone here to pick up door dash and almost retired because of the wait.

Yesterday, I only wanted a can of Pepsi. The customers and staff were very kind to me. I’m in a power wheelchair and was assisted thru doors and without asking, the young lady working the counter brought me the Pepsi, opened it, gave me a straw and napkin. All those acts of kindness ment a lot to me. BTW, they are known to have excellent pizza. 🙂
