This store would get zero stars if I could. I was so happy at first when I saw they opened one in this location. The employees here have no idea what their doing , the food is always either over watered or extremely dry. Half of the time they seem like their high on something . Just messy and dirty , for a fairly new restaurant it should not look the way it does . I’ve gone about a handful of times now and it gets worse every time . The food and the experience. What gives ? Why open a new restaurant and hire employees that will drive customers out ? For the price we pay for food here it is a complete rip off

Absolute pitiful experience! Literally walked in with my party a few minutes before 9pm and instead of my party and I being greeted and welcomed, the young woman at the cashier rather complained and displayed an unpleasant attitude because there was 21 of us that had to be served and she didn’t want to be there…mind you they close at 11pm! She was obviously didn’t care to be there nor serve anyone that walked in through those doors! They closed down the lemonade machines 2 hours early before their closing time. They ran out of forks up at the front and instead of them grabbing some more forks from the back, the woman at the cashier came up with a bogus excuse that there was a fork shortage so we couldn’t get us any forks! The dining room? Disgusting! They purposely didn’t even bother to clean the dining room tables just so that no one would dine in! Their ice machine wasn’t working; Bathroom? Disgusting! Literally, to whomever the store manager of this Chipotle location is, do your customers a favor and get yourself involved! Invest into your location’s appearance and training your employees! Teach them, excellent customer service skills, how they should treat customers, sense of urgency and cleanliness! Invest into improving your location or risk losing business, plain and simple!

I hate writing negative reviews but after several terrible trips to this chipotle i’m finally fed up enough that I won’t be back. I was missing several items from my last order and after asking an employee about it they said I was a liar even though I was showing my confirmed order confirmation which showed my entire order. They persisted that they would not give me the items I paid for so I left and contacted customer service. Their response was free chips and queso, which I said I was uninterested in and simply wanted a refund for the items i never got. I also ordered one of the lemonades, but they were out of the one I ordered which was fine once I saw how moldy and gross the drink containers were.

It has been the dirtiest and nasty Chipotle I have ever been to. The health and sanitation department should visit them rush, fine and close this place for poor food handling and poor cleaning. It is very gross, disgusting and all the tables dirty. I asked an employee to clean my table and with a super wet cloth she cleans all the tables without spray them. Kitchen and ingredients area horrible, and trash cans fulls next to the main entry…unbelievable. I won’t be back.

I am a fan of Chipotle, however the customer service at this location has to be the worst. Extremely slow service. Even if you order your food online, it will not be ready as the pick up time would state, and the order will be wrong. I would not recommend anyone to step foot at this Chipotle. They need new management or hire more people. And the manager Xavier is the worst. Very Rude.

I have ordered from this chipotle at least 5 times, I always give them the benefit of doubt but it is awful EVERY SINGLE TIME! They constantly mess up our order, give us raw rice, miss the guac we pay for, don’t give us extras, put so much hot sauce on an order it could kill an animal and is unedible.. honestly I’m constantly surprised by some new way they mess it up so bad.

Horrible experience. No teamwork, poor attitudes, terrible portions. Will never be coming back here again. Laziest workers I have ever seen, and I have worked in food service my whole life and have never seen such lazy and poor working people before. They just stand there and twiddle their thumbs and watch one person struggle. Cannot stand this place. Would give zero stars if I could. The only thing chipotle has going for them is their food but sometimes even that is terrible.
