I order a 14 medium size Turkey Pizza, with green peppers, onions and SHRIMPS and I have to order by Uber because I live too far, the pizza was a little cold but that’s ok, the biggest problem I had was there was no SHRIMPS, and they but Bacon on my Pizza, if I could eat Pork why would I order a Turkey Pizza? This is New Years Day and they are trying to but me in the Hospital. So now Uber is refunding my money, but I had to pay more, because I had to change location which is farther. The Guy that answered the phone much have given me the wrong phone number because they don’t answer the phone.

These guys are extremely professional and I am very happy to be a customer here. Hands down the best pizza in the world! The cook here does not cook as well as the other locations so I will have to stick to the other locations. But this pizza has been around since I was a kid 60 years ago… the 71st Street location I guess they may be the best one.

I got home and began to eat my pizza and I will have to add that the pizza at the bottom of the crust and on the pizza board was a very black hard crusty stuff so I believe they may need to clean the oven. I’m forcing myself to eat this. I have decided to stop I have decided to stop

I called in the order. They told us an hour. I arrived an hour later for pick up and waited an additional hour. So really ONE pizza took 2 whole hours. One of the girls was dismissive and plain rude ‍♀️ To top it all off they forgot the little tiny white picnic table so the cheese stuck to the FOIL they used. Very sucky. Overall just not worth it.

Italian Fiesta is one of my favorite go to’s anytime that I am back home visiting. This particular visit, at this location.. my crust on my pizza wasn’t fully done. It was very soft and doughy, so I did have to stick it back in the oven to complete it. Otherwise it was good, and usually always really good.

0/10. By far the worst Italian fiesta in the city. I tried to give them another chance after a few years because I experienced the same thing back then. I see nothing has changed. Not worth the extremely long wait for some over burned cold pizza.

I love how they make sure my delivery is hot when it reaches me. You get foil, paper and the box AND it’s always delicious! I get the chicken dinner and individual pizza and I am always happy! Thank you Italian Fiesta for continuing to make great pizza and chicken!

The Pizzas are not prepared with consistency. It’s hit or miss. They used to be much better. Now toppings are missing not covering the whole pie, pies are not cut right etc. there’s barely italian seasoning sprinkled on top. the place has really gone down but the prices are still high for less quality product.

I order a pizza two days in advance on Uber Eats had schedule for pick up at 4:15-4:45pm. I had already paid for it. I get there at 5 pm my pizza is not ready I wanted 2 hours during the 2 hours people’s order are piling up. Other people waiting 2 hours as well. Then they tell
Me they lost my order I gotta get refund through the app. I am truly upset and very disappointed in this business. Also an employee left and quit. It was no point of ordering online just to lose my order and not care. No apology nor accountability

They use to be good, very reliable. But i just ordered this pizza at 9:30 pm and it has NO SAUCE WHATSOEVER, i didn’t disclose i had any allergies to tomato sauce, this pizza is a DISGRACE to Chicago! We the people keep yall in business for the sauce if i wanted a grilled cheese i would’ve made one. Ruined my evening!
