Went in at 5 pm for dinner, and let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was calm and and quiet. Food was spectacular. But most importantly, the service was good. Which made everything else great. Ask for shay, get the spinach dip, and drop the $20!!

My family and I dined in today 4/9/25 and this was the worst experience we’ve had. We come in about 2-3 times a week and it’s always been phenomenal. It took about 15 minutes for us to get our drinks, then another 15 minutes for us to get refills. The croissants were brought out hard as a rock not once but twice. One got cheese fries, which had to be taken back 2 different times because first the cheese wasn’t right then when they were brought back out there was hair in it. We told the GM and he took it back to get it remade. Another got the country fried chicken with fries & mashed potatoes. When it was brought out the fries and mashed potatoes was the size of a kids meal sides. The bread wasn’t even toasted and the fries were also cold. The third person with us got the shrimp Alfredo which was very oily and the shrimp still had the tales on them. I got the chicken tenders with double fries. The fries were ice cold and the chicken wasn’t that great either. I don’t know what was going on with the kitchen crew today but something needs to be done because after today we will not be back for awhile.

Our fry appetizer was a bit cold, but of course, as always great customer service and really going the extra mile to make sure we as guest are happy with our experience. Are we having to be able to meet the delightful Tyler which is the GM as I’m aware . Very professional very Demere took care of it & I was very happy about The outcome. Our waiter Jesse ,was very, very delightful. Also, I just get so upset when someone is constantly coming to me asking me questions or looking over my shoulder . His timing was Immaculate && his composure was professional but wasn’t overbearing . He was not upset or rue when he was made aware of our concerns and and amazing job was done tonight !I did not feel awkward or annoyed at all . Thank you JESSE and TYLER and the whole Cheddars crew tonight.

Carryout on a Sunday. Very pleased. Fast, very hot, and delicious Lemon pepper chicken and Country Fried Steak. Salad was fresh and crisp. Green beans were a little too sweet for my taste, but it does say “Southern.”

Thank you to our waitress Sierra for the incredible service tonight, even with the long wait times due to the holiday. She was so nice and always checked on us even with how busy it was. The drinks were also fantastic as was the food. Shout out to the bartender(s) and cooking staff

I took my mother to lunch there, because we have had a good experience and good food there before. That was not the case this time. We ordered Fish and Chips and Iced tea. The fish was as expected. Not great, but nothing to complain about. Same goes for the Tea. The fries were an abomination. I can only imagine they were precooked frozen for too long then warmed before serving. They were dehydrated and hollow there was only a trace of potato inside of a shell. They did not taste very good at all. It didn’t help that we found hair mixed in as well.
We dined outside because it was a beautiful day. The atmosphere was generally good, though the umbrella on our table was in disrepair and ther was a dead tree in the landscape next to our table.
It is going to take some time before the memory of this experience fades and I come back. Hopefully this was an anomaly and not a trend. I can’t recommend Cheddar’s at this time at least not the store in Elizabethtown.

Restaurant was cold. Server took several minutes to come to the table and get our drink order. Server totally ignored my husband the entire meal. He asked for a box, she brought it to me. It was blatant and intentional. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. We gave it another chance because we like the food and thought surely it wouldn’t happen again. Will not be back. Encouraging anyone who is not white to not dine here either unless you want to be treated like a second class citizen.

Sigh. Food wasn’t what I ordered. It was really bland. I ordered blackened salmon, it wasn’t so they took it back to the kitchen and returned the same salmon, now with the blackened spice on it… that’s Not how blackened works. Some of the broccoli on my plate was brown.
My server was friendly, and she tried to make it right.
