Traveling all way from Alabama, Stopped here on our way to Colorado. Customer service was a 10, A very sweet lady with brown hair catered to me and my son. You’re looking for something that’s close to Olive Garden. This is not your place, This is much more authentic. Great service great food great atmosphere very clean very professional food portions are very large. We both got kids meals and was more than pleased. Definitely recommend.

This Italian Restaurant is not to be missed! We were greeted by Leo who was very friendly and professional and warm to talk to. We waited for our to go order and received service while we waited, if we wanted a drink or needed anything. We ordered the Chicken Cacciatore and Eggplant Parmesan, also the garlic cheese bread and was delighted to taste how good everything was. The portions were ample and the pasta was very savory. The chicken cacciatore has two big portions of chicken and large pieces of peppers and mushrooms with a lot of sauce. The Eggplant Parmesan also has a savory sauce and plenty. We received our drinks while we waited and was offered to go cups when we left with a fresh refill. The ambience is cozy and we look forward to going again!

If you’re visiting Hays, take the 183 bypass right to this location. If you live close by, stop in, too. They are new, so don’t judge a book by their cover. This food is outstanding. Everything is made from scratch from pasta to the desserts. The service is awesome.

I have had many dishes at the Italian café and even though the owners and most of the workers are from Albania, they cook as if they were Italians their whole life. I recently had the best tiramisu. The garlic bread is delicious and serve piping hot ready to melt butter. It’s a wonderful place to get an Italian meal in Hays Kansas.

The ideal small town experience. A cute cozy little restaurant with a farm-Italian vibe. The food is reasonably priced for the large portions, but all the sauces we tried were incredibly runny. And the cheese sticks didn’t have much seasoning, but the quality of the cheese was nice! I liked the penne vodka and the chicken Alfredo!
