Island Sushi never disappoints! The people are great (shout-out to John G. at the bar and manager Jonathan for excellent customer service), the drinks are stellar (my favorite is the Japanese old fashioned), and the sushi is amazing! I usually opt-out of the all you can eat boat experience, but it’s fun to try if you want a nice variety. The Deep Fried Philly roll is my absolute favorite.

What a great experience, I have avoided sushi most of my life but my wife loves it so I surprised her with dinner tonight and even committed to trying “new things”. All I can say is it is great. The food is delicious, I love the food conveyor, the Chefs we’re working right in front of us. Very wonderful, I would eat here again

The food and service is always amazing! Island sushi is such a great experience, they are so accommodating and friendly. Staff is super friendly and it’s overall just a fantastic dining experience. Sushi (and non-sushi) is delicious. Very thoughtful menu with lots of options for everyone – children, picky eaters, etc. It is THE best sushi spot in Green Bay!

When we had a brief wait we sat at the bar and our bartender Seth was a star- knowledgeable, acknowledging, fun and talkative- all the qualities of a good bartender/ server and even was up for letting me invent a drink based off of what he had- a true star and attribute to your team!!
