This place is soooo cute! We got a cone and some iced coffee. Blue bell ice cream is our favorite, and the scoops are huge! The morning shift girls were so sweet, helpful, and personable. Perfect place to take the kids to get a scoop and hangout! Thanks for the delicious ice cream and wonderful customer service 🙂

On July 26 evening : The lady serving the cream was incredibly kind and dedicated—she served with a smile and made sure everything was just right. Excellent service and a lovely attitude. Highly recommend!

Family was very excited to come and have ice cream. Place did not smell the greatest to start off. Lady working behind the counter was absolutely miserable. Never greeted us. Told us what’s on the board wasn’t right and she had whatever we saw. My daughter ordered a milkshake and she looked pissed that’s what she ordered. Other kid ordered a milkshake and the same response. My husband asked for a brownie sundae and she said she didn’t have it. It wasn’t marked off like other items, I just think she didn’t want to make it. Place is overpriced and the feel of it was flat out depressing. I’ve never seen anyone so miserable that worked at a damn ice cream shop. Won’t be back. Rather buy overpriced ice cream elsewhere. Should really hire employees that are okay working at a tourist location.

Ice cream is always good. They have all blue bell ice cream. Service is quick. We came in here with a big group and the two girls were friendly and very efficient with getting us all our ice cream quickly. We love this place and will come again!

Find another business to buy your ice cream. Quick and unkind service but more importantly, incompetent. The two individuals serving were more interested in discussing their prior night activities than removing paper from our waffle cones.

While the ice cream was awesome, whom I’m assuming is the owner, was a complete jerk to his employees working for him. While waiting for our ice cream… I felt so bad for how he was treating and talking to his employees. Both my husband and I commented on it as we sat at our table. Completely negatively overshadowed how delicious the ice cream was!

The ice cream is good, but they really need to be more conscious of allergens. They used the same scoop and wells for nut ice creams as for the nut-free ice creams, causing my friend with a nut allergy to not be able to get anything out of concern for their own health. Everything else was okay, but I would highly suggest having a separate scoop and well for nut flavors and nut-free flavors. My friend had to be left out due to the cross contamination 🙁

Coming in the staff was rude to the children ordering ice cream with their families. Once we ordered the employee with black hair rolled her eyes and annoyingly scooped my ice cream. Once my husband asked for his milkshake she sighed with a groan and said “of course” and angrily scooped the ice cream for the milkshake. She messily made it and was complaining the entire time. I have never had service this horrible, and I never recommend coming here. Maybe she was having a rough day, but never take it out on your customers!
