We just had a wonderful breakfast at Island Pancake House! The pancakes were absolutely delicious, tasty, flavorful, and really generous portions. The omelets were equally impressive; my wife had the Western omelet and said it can easily contend with the best she has had anywhere. Everything was fresh, hearty, and perfectly cooked. Good coffee too!
What really stood out, though, was the service. Our server, Kim, went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. She took exceptional care of us and showed such kindness in working with a friend who has a dairy allergy. Rather than just brushing it off, she asked the kitchen manager Corinne to personally come to the table and discuss safe options. That level of care and attention is rare and we really appreciated it.
Island Pancake House is the kind of place where you feel both welcome and well fed, great food, warm hospitality, and a genuine effort to make every guest happy. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Merritt Island!

This place totally gave the opposite of what it said it was.. the most horrible home fries I’ve ever ordered out of anywhere in Brevard. If I could give it a negative 00s I would I stopped in here real quick because I was on the way to muv waiting for them to open and was hungry so I was like let me get some home fries real quick as soon as we ordered they were done and we thought that was weird and then we opened it and this is what they gave us it smells like a horrible old mushy wet grease potato . It was like if we’ve cooked breakfast and then we left it for all day long sitting in the grease in the pan and then we came home at like 8:00 at night and then it was just sitting out all day and that’s what it look like and it smelled horrifying. It was so bad I couldn’t even give my dog a piece of it. we went to wisk and grind and got good homefries

Great place to have breakfast or brunch. They have a lot of Gluten free options. Almost all their waffles, pancakes and toast can be made into the gluten free option. The GF Waffles are delicious. They also have unlimited refills of coffee and I believe hot tea. Parking is free and close by but there may be a wait to eat depending on staffing and time of day. We were told there was a 15 min wit time but there was a table available by 10 so it was still fast. The food took a bit to come but it was very good. The girl who helped us sit was incredibly nice and pure server Kathy was very friendly as well. We are not from the area but we will definetly come back if we are back!

The service was terrible. Was was there a hour and 45 mins. Just to get our food. Then when eating the bacon was over cooked. Waffles tasted bad and bacon on the waffle was over cooked. One person with us had hair in their food. We confronted the owner and she made excuses. The owner was not wanting to hear what was wrong and started to agrue with us. We told her we was not paying for the food we couldn’t eat bc of hair or over cooked. She wouldn’t make it right. We wont be back. The owner and the staff doesnt care about their customers.

Hubby treated me for breakfast here on my Birthday. Our waitress, Aspen was amazing! All the waitresses were! It didn’t matter that we weren’t their table! They asked us multiple times if we wanted more coffee and if everything was ok! Food was great! Hubby had chicken and waffles and I had classic benedict! We will be back!

Went here for breakfast this morning. We were sitting 10 minutes before they asked us if we wanted a drink. We were there for 50 minutes before the food finally got to the table, didn’t even have time to eat. I asked for my food to go, And a check. Took another 15 minutes for them to bring a check to my table. they threw all my food on top of each other without a care in the world inside the to go box.

Came here while on vacation with my wife and quickly became one of our favorite stops of the week. Our server, Elle, was extremely kind, attentive, and even provided us an overview of the menu before we ordered.
We order the Country Bowl and the Custard Fresh Fruit French Toast to split as a combo of sweet and savory – the food was delicious! And very reasonably priced!
Highly recommend to anyone checking out the Merritt Island/Cocoa area.

Jaime & Katie were wonderful! They had excellent customer service and I hope I get them again when I come back…because I will be back. These are gourmet pancakes and waffles. Forget Denny’s & IHOP because they are trash compared to this place. That’s gotta be one of the best pancakes I’ve ever had. When you see them you’re gonna be like “omg…those are PHAT!”

This place is really popular for breakfast ! Even though we came after usual rush time, it was still packed. The food itself was okay, but a little pricey. My problem was more so with the service, it took about a hour for food to come out and we had like four different waitresses. Some of my custard turned into hard blocks when I finally got it, so maybe it was done before I got it for a while? The table next to us got these hashbrowns that were literally pitch black too! I would come back to try other items, but it was alright.
