This was my first time coming to island grill and I was greeted promptly by Oscar. Food, service, and atmosphere was 10/10!! I saw this place on TikTok for their Cesar salad wrap and it did not disappoint! Oscar was incredibly thoughtful, patient, and made the whole experience feel welcoming. On top of the great food and atmosphere, his customer service is the reason I will definitely be coming back.

We come here for medical needs from KY and ate here last time we came. We loved it! So we came right back this time too. As we were sitting and struggling over the many choices and trying to narrow it down, the Assistant Manager, Ramana came up to our table and spent a significant amount of time patiently discussing all the options and helping us decide. She went with us back to the register and helped us place our order so we would get it right with all our substitutions, gluten-free options, etc. What service!

We had such a great time at Island Grill! Honestly, every time we come here, the service is consistently excellent. The staff is friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and the whole vibe is super laid-back and chill. There’s always good music playing and the ambience just makes it an easy, relaxed spot to hang out.
The food is extremely good — always fresh and full of Mediterranean flavor. I come specifically for all the Greek-inspired dishes. The falafels are amazing (no weird aftertaste, just perfectly seasoned and fresh). Everything tastes clean and high quality.
It’s also a great value, especially with their half-bottle wine specials (I think Wednesday through Saturday), which is such a nice bonus.
And a huge plus for families — my kid loves that they have free soft serve! That alone makes it a win.
Definitely one of our go-to spots. Highly recommend!

I visited Island Grill for a quick appetizer and mimosa on a Sunday afternoon. I went straight to the bar and was looked after by Oscar. He was a delight and lovely to visit with! The food was scrumptious and the atmosphere was darling. Service was great and timely. So go shop, have fun in Rice Village and pop in to Island Grill for some delicious food and drink!

Great place for Greek food. I went during lunch so it was self service. The food was very good and if you want some great Greek food make sure you try this place. The pita was very soft and fresh so make sure you get an order with hummus.
