Island Fin Poké is a great fast-casual restaurant with awesome bowls. The staff is always friendly and helpful in navigating the choices (and there are A LOT of choices). I usually go with the spicy tuna and a scoop of octopus, but the chicken and pork options are great as well. Don’t skimp on the sauces and toppings, they are all great from the traditional to the fire. And add the dried garlic and dried onions and wasabi peas at the end-you won’t regret it.
Also, the restaurant is immaculate, the bathrooms are clean, and it is a much healthier alternative to places like Qdoba or Chipotle. 10/10 would recommend.

I love this place—a great little spot for delicious poke! The inside is always clean, and the staff is friendly and laid-back. Everything tastes house-made, and a big plus is that you don’t have to clean up after yourself, which makes dining and heading out so much easier. I wish more restaurants had this setup! I got a spicy tuna poke bowl, and my brother had the Korean BBQ chicken—both were absolutely delicious. They also have a great soda selection! Plus, there’s parking available, which I love!

The best poke place in Denver Metro area. The service is incredible, the owner explained everything to me on what my options are, they do big servings and everything is fresh. The ambiance is like hawaii, and the owner really cares about her business. She personal brought the food to my table after I order my bowl. She threw in free ice cream at the end as a sample, and I really can tell she wants to stay in business. I loved the food and would 100% come back multiple times.

Great spot for family lunch. There were so many options for toppings and the bowls were abundant by the end! The servers were incredibly patient, friendly, and made sure we enjoyed our dining experience. Save room for the pineapple/orange soft serve (we got samples but the real sizes are huge!), it was tasty. At the time of our visit, they also had happy hour specials and discounted prices for kids on Mondays.

We’ve been here several times and the customer service is always immaculate. They are so friendly and welcoming! The food is incredible too the portions are large and it’s still affordable. I get the spicy tuna as my protein and it’s never disappointed. I will be back!

On vacation and thought this would be a good choice for a late lunch. Turns out it was a great choice. Met with the owner who explained all of the extensive choices and toppings. We chose ahi tuna, spicy tuna and octopus on top of brown rice and a variety of toppings, including Island fin fire sauce with pineapple and habanero, Kimchi, seaweed and wasabi peas with wasabi finishing sauce. Everything is fresh daily according to the owner (the avocado was cut open in front of us). Simply delicious!

First time trying a poke spot and Island Fin Poke comes highly recommended by my lovely mother Tucked away in the shops near the Westminster promenade, this place packs a punch with big bowls stuffed with a ton of fresh ingredients! The inside is clean and open and had a very chill, island vibe. The staff was very friendly and were glad to see my mom again lol she’s a regular! The bowls are made to order with a ton of fresh ingredients. They have a couple of house bowls, or you can build your own. The build your own bowls come with either rice or greens, 3 scoops of protein and multiple marinades, sauces, and toppings. Everything is made in-house, including the marinades and sauces. I had the spicy tuna, regular tuna, and octopus marinated in the island fire sauce on a bed of hot steamed rice. I topped it off with pineapple/mango salsa, house made spicy pickles, seaweed salad, fried crispy garlic, eda mame, jalapeños and topped with their Jamaican sauce, which is a creamy mayo based sauce with jerk seasoning. Topped with nori flakes. It was incredible! Full of flavors. All of them mixed together flawlessly. They have a couple of tables outside, which would be great for a fresh poke bowl on a nice summer day! I will 100% be back again and will definitely recommend it to other people!

Edit a year later: This place is still amazing and has become a regular stop on the way home from the gym, Tracy is a treat and is always giving out things to try. Highly suggest!
