We had a wonderful experience at The Market at Island Estates during our visit! The food was excellent, served quickly, and the location is very convenient — just a short drive from Clearwater Beach.
The market is run by a husband-and-wife team who made us feel so welcomed, even though we were visiting from out of state. Their hospitality really stood out and added to the charm of the place.
They also had a great selection of ice cream at very fair prices, which was the perfect treat after our meal. It was easy to see why this spot is such a favorite among the locals.
Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

Amazing sandwiches from a literal mom and pop shop. Nice selection plus homemade empanadas, the chicken is especially nice and juicy and not dry.
Nice conversation with the owner Ralph while his wife made the food.

My friends and I decided to stop by the market on our way to the beach because of all the amazing reviews. The market was well stocked and the staff was friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to the hype. We ordered chicken and beef empanadas. They tasted freshly made but were both lacking in flavor/seasoning. We ordered two BLTs and paid an up charge to add turkey. The sandwiches had literally ONE strip of bacon each. For a BLT, that’s unacceptable. Adding turkey should enhance the sandwich, not make up for the lack of bacon. If I’m paying extra, I expect a well-made sandwich, not something that feels like an afterthought. Definitely not worth the price, and I won’t be ordering this again.

Best part of visiting the Clearwater Aquarium was finding this gem right across the street. Delicious pastrami sandwich. I had a spam/egg/cheese sandwich that was *amazing* that I saw someone a few days ago posted a picture in their review. Very friendly staff too!

This little quite gem is a blessing! Food is delish and a lil bit of everything in the store, from cigars to snacks, and great sandwiches. Staff is great and so friendly., Try the Reuben!! The blt with egg is a great light meal to go.. quick n easy to get to in and out or eat in.. I wish I lived closer to go more..

The owners, a husband and wife New York bred duo, were so sweet to us, engaging in conversation and making some delicious sandwiches. Plus, a great deal with chips and a drink included.
