Coffee is always delicious! On par with the big chains. Prices were inflated just a bit but the quality hasn’t changed and the baristas are always incredibly helpful and polite.

I’m writing in hopes that the owner of this establishment will see this. I was there today just before 2:00 pm with my family because we just found out that you sell Indian River Coffee by the bag. We were very excited to purchase a couple of pounds here on the island since we usually drive to Melbourne weekly to get our favorite coffee.
I stepped up to the counter that had no line and was not greeted by the young lady at the register where she sat, unoccupied. When I inquired about the coffee beans, she scowled and gestured to the sample bag on the counter without speaking. I then inquired further about price to which she replied “I’m trying to figure it out!”, as she shook her head and rolled her eyes. Once she “figured out” the price, I then inquired about the size of the bag. She did not know how many ounces were in a bag of coffee sold by your business.
Unfortunately, due to this uninformed, rude young lady, our plans to purchase one to two bags of coffee a week at Island Coffee and Smoothies have been cancelled. We would rather continue to drive to Melbourne where we are treated respectfully by well informed staff.
I hope this review will bring about some extra training for your staff in customer service. We love supporting our small businesses on the island but this was absolutely unacceptable.

This is the most amazing coffee shop I ever been too! The coffee is absolutely delicious. You can tell the staff really cares about their clients and are passionate about their work. I wish I lived closer because I would come everyday if I could!

Very nice little concession stand located at the mall. I had the banana mocha and it was delicious and the customer service was equally great.

I wanted a coffee that was suggested on my the board “peppermint mocha & whip”. I was charged $2.00 extra from advertised price of large latte of $6..30. I asked why and was told I had ordered extra flavors “peppermint & mocha”. I told her that on the board it showed that those two flavors & whip came all together. She said no and then said I was the only person who had asked that. I told her it was misleading. So she abruptly grabbed the board & put comma’s between the words. I did try to cancel the order but it was too late. The girl now was very perturbed . She abruptly put my cup down and it was luke warm (ordered extra hot) I lifted the lid and no “whip”. I asked where the whip was? She said “that’s an extra charge”. She also had no fresh coffee to give us either. Terrible service, terrible advertising & terrible coffee. No thank you. She also started fussing at me while I walked away.

The location was super cute and the atmosphere was very homey and welcoming. I almost felt like I was having coffee at a neighbor’s house in all honesty. Specifically, the barista Chelsea was super sweet and made my experience that much better. All in all, I plan on coming back here as many times as possible!

I work in the mall and go there for coffee often. They have a wide variety of options on their menu and everything I’ve tried has been awesome. I love the mocha iced coffee best. And the workers are all really friendly. Great coffee and great service.
