Ver good experience. Food was excellent and prices quite reasonable. 5$ for a glass of wine and it’s not happy hour? We had the ahi nachos and a wrap, recommended by the bartender. Will definitely be back.

AVOID, Worst food I’ve ever ate! Chicken fingers came out looking like CHIPS. Sat for an hour they never turned the bar tvs on either. Went a few days ago and it was just as bad, staff fighting no cooks. This was my second and last attempt going here. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else!

We went for late lunch and it wasn’t busy at all. The bartender/server was very friendly. The deck atmosphere is great to bring our dog. Be careful the boards aren’t all even. Just have to watch the cats running around. The food was ok. The fries were overcooked or the oil was old. I enjoyed my grouper sandwich with the spicy sauce. My wife’s burger wasn’t the best.

For ceilingcat’s sake, don’t feed the darling cats! Leave that to the owners/locals. They’ll otherwise beg everyone. Bring your dog(s). No worry there so long as you don’t let the dogs be mean and give chase to the fearless felines.

I recently had a terrible experience at a local restaurant. I went in to pick up my to-go order and was met with hostility from the bartender. She rudely informed me that I would have to wait 5 minutes before she could help me. When I asked if this was the pickup area, she snapped back at me in a mean and disgusting voice.

This place rocks!! We stopped in today traveling from Charleston to Myrtle Beach. When we walked in, a sweet lady named Jennifer let us know that she was the only waitress/bartender and there was one person working the kitchen. We decided to stay and support a local bar. Many other couples walked out after she said that, but we decided to roll with Island time. She had our drink order in minutes and immediately brought our drinks to the table. They were fantastic! Island punch is a MUST and I am a beer girl. Get the Island punch! We then ordered two appetizers, grouper bites and Cajun shrimp angels. Phenomenal! Honestly, both were great. We had fantastic service and the only two employees in the restaurant worked their butts off to ensure everyone had great service and great food. If you pass this place, stop in. Support a local gem that is trying its best to survive post pandemic. The food, drinks and most importantly, service was better than many fully staffed restaurants that I have been to. You guys rock! ❤️ We will be back.

I placed an online order for 2 Island burgers, medium with no cheese. I picked up my order and didn’t think I needed to check it before leaving. Both orders were completely overcooked and didn’t include any bacon, aioli or onion as advertised. The burgers were definitely not worth $14. Also, I ordered fries and instead they gave me tater tots. So disappointing. The worst burger I’ve had.

Absolutely one of the worst experiences we have ever had in a restaurant. We called beforehand because it was raining, and we know their seating can be limited without the patio. They told us it would be a 45 min wait, which we thought was fine, the kids could play games while we wait. When we arrived, there was no wait, they told us to go sit upstairs. It was not ready for service. Lights were off and it was being used for storage. We had to turn the lights on ourselves. When the server greeted us, she was extremely rude, and let us know that she was busy, which we understand in a high volume tourist town. Any time we asked for something, she became more and more upset. At one point, yelled at me because I reminded her we were missing a dish 10 min after everyone else received theirs. All food was completely inedible. Fish was cold, kids food was hard, stale and old. The ahi was well done and looked like it had been under a heat lamp for a long time. We ordered Tito drinks, which they were out of and substituted for well liquor. We were told of this at the end, but still charged for titos. If the patio was open for service, I could not imagine the service that would be given, as this is at least 50% of their seating.

2 is gracious. I felt so bad for the 2 older women working. It was so disorganized and hectic for no reason. 3 tables were in there and every one of them had an issue (wrong food, not getting drinks, etc.) They gave us these tiny plastic cups for our drinks instead of just using pint glasses causing them to run around refilling drinks after every sip. They were out of a ton of things. Whoever chopped vegetables for the day either had a dice or a hunk/quarter of an onion piece, no consistency with chopping. We ordered the nachos (don’t) and they come with jalapeños. They had 2-3 jalapeños and I guess ran out and used banana peppers for the remaining ones without mentioning the swap. No lettuce or cilantro, stale chips and concession style cheese sauce. There were a very small handful of chips on the plate so we asked for more since we had a lot of other toppings without enough chips, waitress said they would make us more chips, they did not so when our food came out, she just said “well I’m just going to take the rest of these nachos since they didn’t make any more chips” we weren’t even done… we were a party of 5 and she gave us 2 appetizer plates and 3 sets of silverware- we just made it work at that point. The food was okay- the shrimp were good! Only had chips for a side because that is all that was available. Food took around 50 minutes to come out with 3 tables sitting. I do feel bad because these women were in the weeds so badly but it was solely due to being disorganized and not properly set up for the shift. A lot of blaming on the kitchen staff for things coming out late or wrong. (With the other tables as well)
