We just found the most fantastic spot right next door to our gym, Isekai Sushi and Cafe, and it’s blown us away! This local small business is a true treasure: incredibly fresh fish, unique and creative rolls (plus boba, pho and more), and you can really taste the passion and homemade love in every single dish.
Chris, the owner, is incredible, he treats you like a neighbor, takes time to chat, offer recommendations, and makes sure everything is perfect. Even during a hectic peak time, our server Nathan took tremendous care of us with amazing attention and a great attitude, top-notch service!
It’s so refreshing to support a cozy, family-run place like this instead of big chains. The quality is outstanding, the vibe is welcoming and fun (that isekai-inspired twist adds a cool vibe!), and being right by our gym makes it super convenient for post-workout treats. We’re already obsessed and can’t wait to go back, planning to bring all our friends next time!

Our Airbnb happened to be only 5 minutes away. It was exactly what we were looking for. Everything was amazing especially the super fatty bluefin tun sashimi. Pictured is the green apple dumplings dessert and the pinwheel no rice roll. They had cool decorations for amime fans and a polaroid picture wall we hope to add ourselves too the next time we go. 10/10 would recommend if you like sushi, anime, or good vibes.

This place is an absolute hidden gem! The owner is SO kind and knowledgeable. But more importantly— the sushi is INCREDIBLE. We’ve been to japan twice and lived for 2 years near Flushing, NYC, so we have had some good sushi…. This place absolutely holds up!! This is 100% going to be a new go to for us, we didn’t know it was hidden here. Genuinely cannot wait to come back. Very humble and unassuming location, but such a cool vibe inside. Highly recommend.

Hands down the best sushi I’ve ever had. The quality and authenticity are on another level—I’ve truly never tasted fish this fresh or flavorful. The staff is awesome and incredibly friendly, and sitting at the bar talking with the chef makes it a whole experience. It honestly felt like something straight out of Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown. If I could give six stars, I would. I’ll be coming back often.

Such a great spot! The wings, bao buns, and sushi was great. They have such a great choice of vegetarian sushi which I love since I don’t eat fish or seafood. Get the beef on the bao buns it was so flavorful and tender! Will definitely be back for seconds!

By far the best sushi spot in the Citrus Park area. This is the Nigiri Sampler (chefs choice) I believe which was really unique and savory with each bite!
But beyond the food, the whole experience feels elevated yet welcoming. If you appreciate creative sushi, ultra-fresh fish, and dishes that are as delicious as they are artful, this is your spot. We’ll absolutely be back. ✨

Chris, the owner, is absolutely incredible. We’ve been coming to Isekai for a year and a half, and it has genuinely become our favorite place. No sushi spot even comes close. The quality of the fish is consistently exceptional, but it’s the intentional thought behind everything that makes it so special.
Anytime we get sushi anywhere else, we end up comparing it and wishing we were at Isekai. Chris and the chefs truly pour their passion into every bite and you can taste it. The staff knows us, remembers the little things, and always makes us feel welcomed and appreciated. It’s rare to find a place that feels this personal and consistent.

This wonderful casual unassuming restaurant in a little shopping plaza will wow you! It has absolutely fresh Pho, and fabulous fresh and tasty sushi. The owner and the staff were so friendly, attentive, and really care about the quality of the food and their patrons experience. I seriously loved it and can’t wait to tell and take all my family, friends, and clients back.
