This Blaze pizza is inside Ontario Mills, it is very spacious and was clean when we went. Service was good and efficient. The pizza was good. This is a perfect place to eat with kids since it’s very spacious and comfortable to take a break from shopping. Overall good experience!

I went there to get pizza and usually blaze is great not this time I ordered a cinnamon bread and cheesy bread i told the workers when i got it that it was small and burnt the worker took the bread and just stretched it a little and put it in the oven without even a tray it was so unsanitary so I said it was made wrong. The manager said oh its the same amount of bread … yes it is but you have to stretch it out to make it taste good. Same with pizza you have to fully stretch it out. You cant just put a thic glob there. Anyways here’s how the bread turned out unedible none of my kids or I would eat it..put them in the trash. I was mad I wasted my money! I even said it was made wrong and they wouldnt remake it !

The customer service was arguably the worst I’ve experienced and it’s unfortunate as I enjoy Blaze. The prep area was dirty with lots of toppings and flour all over the counters. The employee who served us had a uniform where he was sagging his pants had his phone and earbuds on his person. He was actively taking a phone call while serving my family and I. The manager was behind him but she didn’t seem to care and was more focused on prep than ensuring her employees were sanitary. We refused to eat there considering the conditions and how inattentive the staff was.

We made an online order for the two pizzas (which we asked to be cooked “extra crispy” with the crust); two drinks; two desserts order and added in a Caesar salad. Also added in were 2 ranches; parm; red pepper; napkins and utensils. When I arrived and told them I was there for my pickup, the slack faced employee pointed to two pizza boxes with two ranch dressings on top and said “there!” I looked at it and said, “no, there was more”. Confused, he looked around, located two cups, put them onto the pizza boxes and said, “There.” I then said: “no, there’s more.” Another employee then pointed at another location, and they added the salad and a dessert to the stack. Looking triumph, he said “there!”. I then looked dubiously at the dessert and, wondering if they somehow stuffed two desserts into its little package, decided they did not, and said “no, a dessert is still missing.” Another employee walking by said, “oh, you ordered the s’mores pie as one of the desserts, but we’re out. Would you like to have another brownie instead?” I agreed and this was added onto this horn of plenty. I took the stacked food over to the drink station, looking forward to at least adding in lemonade, but the lemonade dispenser was down to its last film of liquid – not enough to fill a thimble. So I got root beer instead. I then realized that I was missing utensils and napkins, so I grabbed some and added them on. At this point, I didn’t think that this leaning tower of pizza would make it back to my car, so I went to the cashier and asked for a bag, which I was cheerfully given. When I got this cuoncophney back to the hotel, my wife asked about the parm and red peppers, and I realized they were unfortunately left of the order as well. The Caesar salad was some iceberg lettuce (and not the good parts), parm and shaved cheese with a container of dressing. This was a disappointment, but that pailed in comparison to the pizza. THAT was as cold and limp as a 50 year old who forgot his Viagra. But, even though it just sagged there, it at least still tasted “ok”. As bad as that was, I’d have to say my biggest disappointment was the sheer incompetence of the staff in even assembling our order and having it ready for pickup.

The pizza tasted good. The items look fresh, but then you go over to the drinking fountain area and it is filthy. The tables were also dirty. They need to think about cleaning up that area. The service was good and the atmosphere was good.

This outlet is within Ontario mall. Was not busy on a weekday and online order was a quick one. A lot ways to customize the order and ample veggie options are also available. The order was fresh and hot. Free parking available on the premises. Can definitely recommend this place.

The service here is terrible. Unsanitary employees, rude, and can’t follow simple instructions.
How hard is it to make a pizza when the customer is feeding you the ingredients?
Scratching your face / head / no beard nets. Just gross.
There is a young woman with purple hair that was working hard cleaning this filthy place and was so sweet about it.
The staff on the pizza line is despicable.
I suggest going to the Rancho Cucamonga location.

The workers are so rude. I saw someone else physically touch my pizza as I was walking to get it. I told the worker I saw and she had it remade but was throwing so much attitude. I saw her snickering with her co workers and it was honestly stupid. I had to watch them cook it to make sure she didn’t spit in my food. I’m literally never coming back

I gave this Blaze Pizza location five stars because the restaurant was clean, and the service was really good. The staff all worked together to make the line go fast and they had very good team work. They were patient, communicated well and they were very friendly. I loved that the pizza came out quickly and tasted really good. I really enjoyed my meal and the service. I hope it stays this way.
