The burnt end Queso is delicious, we had the Pulled pork sandwich and the jalapeno cheese sausage. Both were great! The Mac n cheese was really good and the baked beens were also. We will be returning. Between 3pm-6pm they have a special on some of their apps

Great little barbecue place. Had the pulled pork sandwich and it was m moist and flavorful. It comes with a sauce, onion rings and pickles already on it and they all enhanced the pork. French fries were tasty and well cooked. I will definitely return here!

Very nice interior. Did the two meat/ two sides selection and very much enjoyed the jalapeño cheddar smoked sausage and green cabbage slaw and beans. BBQ sauce was nice, thick and sweet with some twang. We also got the Friday special of meatloaf with a spicy tomato topping which was nice. server allowed substituting collards from green beans. Nice interior, clean bathrooms, drinks kept topped up. Would visit again! Cool building.

THE BEST!!! Today was my first visit to this restaurant, and I had burnt ends, sweet potatoes, brussels, and cornbread – delicious. There is nothing like having good food and exceptional service. My waitress was Mel ***** 5 STAR *****. She was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu items and offered recommendations. I was already set on returning to the restaurant before even tasting the food because of Mel’s attentiveness, kindness, and professionalism. Nowadays service at this caliber is rare and fleeting. If you haven’t tried this restaurant – get over there ASAP!!! You won’t regret it.

Made a reservation to celebrate my birthday dinner. I love the way it looks on the inside with how it’s decorated. We started off with the cornbread and the bacon wrapped quail breast, both were incredible. I had the brisket burnt ends dinner with green beans and baked beans. Sides were good and some of the burnt ends were really fatty. My boyfriend ordered the smoked prime rib sandwich with mac n cheese. He said the sandwich was super cheesy but good overall. Mac n cheese was just okay, needed salt and pepper. Since it was my birthday I got a free dessert so I chose the double chocolate bread pudding, perfect to share. We both would order something different if we came back. Service was also amazing.

Ordered take out – I expected the price for the plate to be expensive compared to “normal” food as this is BBQ, but I was extremely surprised by how small the portion was for $25! Total as I picked it up myself (didn’t use a delivery service or ordering service) was $27+. I would be really upset if I had ordered this delivered.
The brisket was good, turkey very bland, baked beans good, slaw – not my favorite as it is a plain mayo and no sweet or sour flavor, just meh. No bread, pickles, or onions were included. Spicy sauce was very good. Overall I felt like this was not a good value as the portion was just too small for that much money. Staff were nice though.
Maybe my expectations of what $25 should purchase for food is off. I know I can spend $20 with tip at other establishments (great food but not BBQ) and have two meals. This one I needed to find other food to supplement as I was not full after the small portions.

Absolutely delicious! Visiting from Tulsa we found this little place on the maps. I had the burnt ends and sliced brisket. Both were tender and mouth watering! The sweet potatoes are a must! Not your typical candied style, these were just a little salty, bringing out the natural flavors. My honey and I shared the banana pudding. It was perfect! The thick whipped cream and caramel were the perfect accoutrements! Definitely will come again!

We had the opportunity today in for friends birthday over the weekend. We were pretty loud however they were OK with it, so were the other customers. I’m so glad they were because we didn’t want to disrupt anyone’s dinner. This just tells you the type of people that work there and patronize their business. Everyone was fantastic. The food was good. The menu selection was good. The temperature were just right and we had a good time.
