The Iron River Grille is a Restaurant at The Lewistown Country Club. If you have not been here please stop by as we WELCOME THE PUBLIC!! We have daily specials that are always changing but two that have become staples are: Tuesdays – All You Can Eat Wings and Fries and Wednesday – Burger night, our Burgers are said to be the best in town! Dined at Iron River Grill for the first time last weekend. It was fantastic. My meal was 8oz filet, it was absolutely delicious. My wife had the cheesesteak sub, she said it was also delicious, they use real shaved steak. Would recommend.
