Awesome bar and restaurant with a kick butt, concise, menu. Restaurant was clean and had a lot of interesting and fun things to look at on the walls without feeling crowded or claustrophobic like some places can feel. Our waitress was wonderful and so nice! Our food was hot and steaming and very enjoyable.

We used to love Iron Horse, but the place has gone downhill. I was mortified and embarrassed when I took family there for breakfast and got cracked and FILTHY dishes and cold and un-edible food. We should have driven a little further to Crimson Hearth and got some real food on clean platters from attentive and caring staff. Never again.

I was here last night for karaoke. I had 4 drinks in 5 hours and was suddenly cut off. I didn’t understand why but didn’t say much and went to sing. When I came back to my table there was a bill for $90 including 14 drinks (for 2 people). Which is absolutely ridiculous in so many ways. When I argued the bill I was told the cops would be called if I didn’t pay and the scrawny little waitress literally said “I’m not listening to you” and walked away. I was mortified and humiliated and my friend paid the bill to avoid a scene. Who drinks and/or serves 14 drinks to a table of 2?!?! She obviously was giving away drinks to other people and charging me for them. I called today to complian to a manager but the phone rang and rang and finally someone just picked up/hung up. Can’t say enough bad things about thus waitress and her horrible treatment and handling of this situation. Will never, ever return

My fiancée and I We love this place. It used to be great place to hang out and good customer service. This place is gone down the hill!!! Tonight we had such a poor customer service and our waitress was not very nice or friendly. She doesn’t smile or responded to us when we say thank you! Every time she came to ist table. Then we order some chicken wings we waited for a long time. I don’t think she deserve a tip. But we did any way very little. So, we come back here again. We were so disappointed this tonight.

Have been frequenting this establishment for years now. Usually on the weekends for Karaoke The staff is friendly but not always fast. Drinks are great Personally rarely eat there but that’s not my purpose for being there. Fabulous atmosphere and always have a great time.

Only thing that saved it from getting a 2 was the wrap tasted good and the waitress was nice. Otherwise, steak & broccoli were overcooked and they wouldn’t serve alcohol to my 22 yr old son because he driver’s license was vertical instead of horizontal. They also wouldn’t allow us to even sit over where the live music was playing, which was one of the main reasons we went there. Unfortunately, we had to sit in the non-bar area, of which wasn’t assigned to anyone, so the waitress had to juggle us and the bar area. We probably won’t go back. Which is too bad, since they do have some good lineups for their live music.

Unfortunately to leave a review you have to give at least one star. From the time we received our drinks to when we left it was HORRIBLE! Sat down and waited a good 15 minutes for a server to even approach our table. Ordered a Dr. Pepper and sweet tea got some nasty soda and unsweetened tea. Asked three times for sugar. Was given 3 packets. Customers sat behind us were waited on immediately in fact received their food before our order was even taken.
