Wow. the food was so delicious!!!!!! Fresh off the grill, and still hot by the time I got home. all the ingredients were fresh, high-quality, light and flavorful. Big portions, tender and perfectly cooked protein, fluffy yummy rice. Perfectly cooked lo mein noodles!!!!!!! Omygoshhhh i also wanted to point out that they gave me a lot of veggies! They were hiding in the noodles and under the steak ☺️
I love the care and quality that was so clearly put into preparing this meal. I also liked that, unlike most hibachi places, the food wasn’t greasy or heavy. It had a very healthy but still delicious quality to it! I don’t think I will want to go anywhere else for hibachi from now on. and I’ll have to go back soon to try their sushi and appetizers!
There’s something special about a quiet small business that makes simple but incredibly delicious food with care that leaves you feeling warm. And It doesn’t have to be Michelin star or a super extravagant meal to be the best, which I certainly feel it is.
I also really appreciated that the woman at the counter prepared my takeout bag so thoughtfully and even offered to help me to my car, because I was carrying my baby with me. Thank you so much.

I ordered the hibachi steak and fried rice via door dash. This is what came. The rice had two peas and three small carrot pieces, no egg. Tried eating the rice but it was like a paste basically and the one non suspect piece of steak tasted boiled and bad. Ended up trashing it all.

Food was nothing like actual hibachi. Food is premade and warmed up so you cannot order to your preference.
I only ate a few bites of my food and began to feel nauseous shortly after. It was basically inedible. The fried rice was flavorless. Chicken just tasted badly and not properly prepared.
Lady taking orders was extremely rude.
Avoid this place.

Be sure to look at your receipt before purchasing items at this location!
Upon ordering the hibachi steak and rice combo meal, my card was declined three times thereby adding a 50-cent charge each time I was declined even though I had enough money for the meal on my card!
My solution was to add another increment to my card balance and then swipe my card for a final time.
The third time was good to go however a $3 tip was also added to my final balance even though I was taking my food to go and a tip was not required through the services.
I reported this information to the staff the man at the counter had to call his boss I’m assuming the co-owner and the response was that I was supposed to call my bank and figure out why these 50 cent charges were imposed he did not address the $3 tip balance that was added before the charge completed the transaction.
As I said please watch your receipt upon purchasing anything from the iron grill I was very excited to try this location the food was very good however they added mushrooms even when there was no mushrooms listed into the ingredients. This caused me to have an immediate reaction of allergy!

New Joint on Northampton. Love the hibachi steak and jumbo shrimp. Location is great. They have a dine-in area or you can just get your meal to go. Staff is friendly and ordering is easy on their tablet POS. If you like hibachi or teriyaki meals try Iron Hibachi.

I recently stopped at Iron Grill while traveling for business, and it was a major disappointment. I ordered the steak and chicken combo, and the meal was far from tasty. The steak was almost entirely gristle and barely edible, and the overall dish just felt poorly prepared.
Had I not already returned to my hotel by the time I realized how bad the meal truly was, I would have complained or even returned it. Unfortunately, this experience was enough for me to decide that I won’t be stopping at Iron Grill again on future trips.

I ordered the steak chicken and shrimp teriyaki with rice and vegetables I choose teriyaki and not hibachi through doordash vegetables are not what they say they are and the chicken was so dry and I had no teriyaki sauce over my food. called them on the phone and told them they didn’t give me no teriyaki over my food the lady kept trying to say teriyaki on the side and I have Mumbo Sauce on the side I guess that’s what you call this Orange looking stuff.
