Flavorful, southern, soulful dishes! I’m on a mission to try everything on their menu. If your looking for authentic, homey scenery check Irie out. You will not be disappointed. Did I mention their Rum Punch? I definitely had an accent leaving out the door with a delightful full belly.

Decided to try Jamaican food for the first time. I got the jerk chicken and some plantain. The jerk chicken was so so good. The flavor is phenomenal. The food was also freshly made, which means you have to be patient, but it is absolutely worth it. Plan to be back here to try out other things on the menu.

The staff seemed nice, but I had issues with my food. Unfortunately I didn’t look at it until I got home. I don’t know what kind of pound cake this is suppose to be. It was orange, dry, hard, and smelled really bad. It was not fit for human or animal consumption. I didn’t want to get sick so It went right in the trash. You should be ashamed of yourselves, selling that cake to customers. You could’ve said you were out of it or, suggested something else. Anything but have customers spending their money on that mess. You knew darn well that cake wasn’t any good. Where does the quality checks come in when you are preparing food to sell to the public? As soon as I opened the container I noticed the smell and knew something wasn’t right about it. How could you not tell that the rice wasn’t right? The rice and beans were extremely bland and dry? How could you not tell that there wasn’t consistency in the texture of the chicken? The chicken was dry in certain parts. You couldn’t tell because either you just didn’t care, or you can’t cook. Seriously if you are going to call that a Jamaican/Caribbean Restaurant at least cook the food to match the name. Very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. I wouldn’t feed that food to a dog. Eat there at your own risk. I guess it’s one of those hit and miss things. But I’m not going to continue spending my money there trying to find out. I prefer consistency; Judging from the overall meal, it tells me that your restaurant don’t have that.

Do not miss out on Irie Eats. Authentic, delicious, and the owner is super friendly. The curry goat is literally the best I’ve ever had. The jerk chicken was phenomenal. Support an amazing family owned and operated business and go here!

Comforting and inviting. The staff is very hospitable and the food is amazing! Take a look at the before and after photos in this review. You won’t be disappointed. I had the goat and the chicken curry and the spices are amazing without being overpowering or mouth burning 😉

We had the jerk chicken and curry goat today. It was our first experience at Irie Eats. The spices and seasonings were very authentic. The chicken was moist and tender. The goat meat was stewed to perfection. The prices were commensurate with the portions. We will definitely be back.

The food was great, but the wait was too long. Better to order food over the phone wait. Unless you want to hang out and talk to guest.

They are NEVER EVER EVER OPEN!!!! I Live down the street and I’ve been there SIX different times DURING business hours. NEVER EVER EVER OPEN! Not even for calls. I once seen an employee while knocking outside. They looked at me and walked to the back. I give up…
