I’ve been coming here consistently over the past five years of living in Miami, and I can confidently say this is hands down the best Ceviche in all of Miami. The freshness, portion size, and consistency are truly unparalleled. Two for one Pisco sours definitely help. My favorite is the passionfruit. I love that they topped the drink with a hint of cinnamon when you go to sip it hits the nose perfectly every time elevating the drink even more.

We had a great sit down dinner at INTIMAR! The food was fresh and delicious. We ordered Jaleo, lomo saltado, and the schnitzel gnocchi verde. Our waitress, Agustina, was attentive, friendly, and professional. Everything came out on time. She did a great job making sure the whole experience went smoothly. Really appreciated her energy and professionalism! Would definitely come back

I had the lomo and the jalea and a passion fruit juice. Both the lomo and jalea were amazing. The drink was okay I think it’s a bit over price was for what you get.

The octopus is cooked perfect. Seared fish is also tasty. Kids meals are very small portion for the price. My kids were still hungry after the kids meal. A little overpriced but nice restaurant. Came on a valentine day without reservation and it was not crowded. Service is a little slow.
