My first time at Insomnia, and it was an awesome experience from start to finish. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Rick, who provided immaculate service and made sure we understood everything they had to offer. The location itself was a really nice vibe to chill at on a Saturday night, and everyone there had great vibes. We sat back, watched the game, and even played a round of Uno, which made it feel welcoming and relaxed.
The drinks were superb. The immunity tea was genuinely one of the best teas I’ve had, and my partner absolutely loved his kava tea. Overall, the atmosphere, service, and quality of drinks made this a standout experience. We will definitely be returning.

Extremely welcoming and friendly people. Feels like a whole community. Great place to enjoy some kava, kratom, or hookah and get some work done.
2 friends brought me here to chill and get some work done, only planned on staying an hour or so but ended up here for a whole 4-5 hours. Owner is extremely friendly and a complete vibe. Complementary board games as well!
If i could rate it higher i would, this was an awesome first experience and i will definitely be coming back more often!

Buddy Ricky behind the bar is very welcoming, provides great customer service, and makes great kava/kratom drinks. The menu is great, the music vibes is great, and the crowd is low key.

He’s genuinely one of the nicest people you’ll meet, always checking in, making sure everyone’s taken care of, and treating customers like friends instead of just customers. You can tell he actually cares about the place and the people who come in.

I stopped by Insomnia ISG Kava Bar and Lounge and was genuinely impressed! The energy was super chill, perfect for relaxing or even planning events. The guy behind the counter was incredibly welcoming, remembered our names, and even offered us tester shots to try before ordering. It’s rare to find that kind of hospitality and attention to detail. I’ve never had a bad experience here. They have a great selection of not only snacks and drinks; but products, drinks, and extras for whatever youre looking for. Hosts are always friendly and diligent and am a BIG fan of Trivia on Thursdays. Would recommend to anyone into this kind of thing.

Finally a kava bar that treats you like a human being! This place was great! Loved all of the mocktails and kava. Parking was easy, and plenty of food in the plaza. Stayed here all day.
