This was my first time at insomnia, although I have eaten several times at your competitor. I was well taken care of by Ms. Shay and let me tell you she made the experience above and beyond! Totally bought highly of the way that she walked me through the whole process and offering suggestions and input to what I was going to purchase that evening. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone with kids and. Think the staff appears to do very well with children. Five stars.

Stopped by Insomnia Cookies in Towson while celebrating our 13th wedding anniversary for dessert, and Trece made our visit extra sweet! From the moment we walked in, her energy and kindness stood out. She greeted us with a big smile, helped us pick the perfect cookie combo, and made the whole experience feel personal and fun. You absolutely have to get the Carmellionaire Ice cream with the new Reeces Cup cookies!!
It’s rare to meet someone who can brighten your night with just great service and genuine good vibes, but Trece did exactly that. Thank you for making our anniversary treat even better — we’ll definitely be back for more (and asking for Trece by name)!

Love this place so much more than Crumbl! The cookies are so scrumptious and delicious. My daughter makes me bring her some everytime I go down to VA to see her as there aren’t any near her.

I had an amazing experience at Insomnia Cookies thanks to Trece and Kian! They were both incredibly friendly, welcoming, and patient. My order was handled quickly and with great care, and they made the whole visit feel personal and upbeat. It’s obvious they take pride in their work and really care about customer satisfaction.
The cookies were fresh, warm, and absolutely delicious — but the excellent service from Trece and Kian made it even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!

LOVE the cookies here always warm and delicious. Even when ordering online they come fresh and are a perfect late night snack! The staff is lovely and the overall experience is always 5+ stars. Limited parking on this high traffic street. Cookies are worth it but you will likely have to walk to get there.
