I use the app to pre-order for pickup, it’s quick and easy and the staff is always friendly when I come in. The only downside is the parking and the traffic from the Starbucks driveway that backs up into the parking lot making it more difficult to get in and out.

I stopped into this store for a quick breakfast. It is unlike any other einsteins I have been into as it doesn’t have a seating area or a drive thru. However the quick efficient super friendly staff was wonderful. You could really tell they were working as a team to get everyone taken care of. They were more than friendly, they were familiar with their regulars and easy going and relationship building with new people. Becky especially was great. Coming from a cystomer service manager background i really take service experience personally. And the food (I got the brisket bagel sandwhich) was so good way better option Than other fast food breakfasts . Definitely coming again.

Food from here depends on the day, 50/50 if you order a sandwich it will come with everything and not contain rotten ingredients. Today, the spinach was rotten, the tomato was almost rotten and the spread that goes with the sandwich was missed.

I was hesitant to try Einstein’s again as my local one was not that great (from Ohio), but since I was in town I seriously wanted a bagel. Well I am glad I did stop. The All Nighter that I had was amazing and the service was even better!
