Disappointed the other day with my “grilled chicken” lunch special that was advertised as “grilled chicken” with melted gouda. I open it up expecting “grilled chicken” but instead had chicken deli meat with melted gouda. It wasn’t worth the 14.25 and its classic false advertising…. come on Inlet Deli… do better!!!!
Use to frequent the deli when I worked in barnegat light. While the prices were always a little higher than the mainland, it wasn’t an issue because the food always matched the description. But im sorry, I dont trust you anymore. Selling lunch meat as “grilled chicken” without expressly defining that its just lunch meat is dishonest. Especially because you sold it at a “grilled chicken” price!

I paid 13.75 for an italian sub. That had 2 slices of meat and 3 soggy tomatoes and it was a stale roll. This wasn’t my first bad experience and it definitely will be my last. Place charges way to much for not so good of food. I’ll will never be going back ever agian.

Service was ok outrageous charges buyer beware !! I bought some sandwiches 2 8 inch a burger and two pork roll sandwiches yesterday with a few drinks for my work crew and was charged 162.00!!! For what ? It was not that great barely any meat in the sandwiches ..
My fault I didn’t look at the credit slip no break down provided . What I heard and what I was charged definitley 100 plus different !!I went to go back they were closed . Never should have gone over 80 bucks maybe !

This store sells good sandwiches, however the entire place needs a good going over. There is a ridiculous amount of wasted space which could be used to stock better options. There is a North End folks don’t mind spending, fill those shelves with goodies. If this shop and Agnello’s did a better job with their merchandising, I’d never go to Neptune. I don’t know why they aren’t taking full advantage of their space.

Great local place that serves up tasty food. I go here for breakfast sandwiches in the AM and roast beef sandwiches in the afternoon. Very generous portions. The staff are wonderful, very friendly and quick at getting the orders out.

Ordered a 14 inch Italian sub. My girlfriend got an 8 inch sub. They’re about half an inch in difference. Waste of money and my time. Don’t bother lol. Rip whites at least they didn’t lie about the size of their sandwiches.
