This place is amazing. Kale Caesar and the carmelized onion ricotta pizza were both stellar. Little touches like water on tap and fresh cut fruit for drinks (vs dried out gross wedges cut days ago) at the bar don’t go unnoticed. Friendly staff, cozy interior. We can’t wait to come back!

Great food and service. We stopped in and had a nice dinner at the bar. The staff were kind and knowledgeable. Many recommendations were made and all delicious. This will be a door county staple when I’m visiting. Can’t wait to see the patio in the summer.

We heard that this place had opened this year, so when in Bailey’s Harbor recently decided to try it for lunch. It’s super laidback and casual, you order at the counter, then we sat at a communal table, and had a gorgeous lake view out the window.
We loved the self serve taps at the bar for still or sparkling water, such a nice touch!
The pillowy sourdough pizza crust was perfectly charred and chewy and so delicious. I have a gluten sensitivity so got a gf pizza myself, which was one of the best gluten free versions I’ve had, but tried some of my friend’s sourdough crust and didn’t get sick, probably because of the long fermentation.
Toppings are creative, salads are seasonal delights, and I loved the citrus marinated olives too. Can’t wait to return and try more of the menu.

This is an absolutely spectacular place to eat! The pizzas are unlike anything you’ve ever had before: an explosion of complex flavors and crust that is crispy and moist and flavorful, unlike anything I’ve ever had before. Same for the kale salad: fresh, crispy, and glowing with flavor upon flavor upon flavor… And if the food wasn’t amazing enough, the vibe with the staff that are so happy to be working here and the amazing playlist make for a perfect setting. It’s like a taste of available with the house but with a new twist. Thank you, Josh and Aimee!

Amazing spot in Bailey’s Harbor. Food is local, organic, and delicious. Maybe some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. Squash salad was divine. This would be my number one place to eat in Door County and first place I’ll come to when I come back to visit. Staff is extremely friendly. Space is clean and tasteful, with lake views and huge windows with lots of natural light. Best restaurant in Door County.

We tried out “the new go to pizza spot” we had heard about and were not disappointed. The sourdough crust was amazing! Soft but also a little crisp with no flop as they say in the pizza business. Kale Caesar was fantastic and so were the meatballs. The prices are a little spendy if you are coming with a family, but it was worth the quality. Friendly staff but a little slammed between 430-5 with the short hours around dinner time. They still served us and let us eat, but we felt a little bad staying past 530 to finish up our food. We will definitely be back!

I know this is a place with sourdough pizza, but due to dietary restrictions for one person, we had a pizza with the GF dough. It was very good! Their Gf dough is made off site and pizza prepared in a dedicated oven (but obviously other flour is in the environment). Also shared the simple salad which was fresh and plenty for two. Will definitely go back to try one of the sourdough pizzas. Staff were very friendly and attentive. I wish their hours went a little later.

Lovely sourdough pizza. The toppings were so fresh and delicious. The crust was the star with the beautiful chew of sourdough. Inland lands in my top 5 pizza places of all time. Fhe fresh lemonade was top tier. The staff were so friendly, even though it is counter service, they were constantly checking on us. Highly recommend the mushroom and lemon pizza!

We chose Inland because my friend is a GF/Dairy free girly. My pizza was next level and in can’t wait to be back. My review- new favorite Door County restaurant.
Her review: best crust she has had in years! (Well done!) she did not get cheese as she doesn’t love cooked vegan cheese, so I have no feedback on that. But there were so many other toppings on the pizza she didn’t miss the cheese.
My only complaint- We wish we had ordered a salad and eaten less of our pizzas. I loved sharing the left overs with my husband, but I also wanted more. (Moral- no complaints, just try the whole menu. I know that’s our new goal)
