Very good chicken! Owner was helpful and sincere, often lacking in this tourist zone. Will definitely go back! Get the chicken, beans and rice, a perfect combo. The chicken was meaty, juicy and fresh tasting. Hats off to this chef, as a guy who also likes to grill chicken, his was great. If it looks closed out back of the gas station, go inside and they will help you out. Glad we did go inside since signage was lacking and it was unclear. We had take out, but owner hopes to have the back yard going in good weather and a take out chicken with a beer from the gas station would be perfect.

Great place just got a three piece chicken tender box the chicken isn’t dry and seasoning in every bite they make everything there in a decent sized kitchen! Really good bbq’ed Peruvian chicken. We ordered the whole chicken with black beans and rice. The chicken is a generous size, meaty, juicy, flavorful and has a slight smoke flavor. The 2 sauces are excellent and so good I poured them on my salad too.
I forgot to take a photo because it smelled so good, we started devouring it right away.
The food is inside the gas station with no truck or sign outside so we thought they were closed. But happily, they are at the counter inside the gas station until weather gets warmer.

OMG! What amazing food & from a food truck. After eating this amazing food I have come to the conclusion that food trucks have gotten a bad rap…. let’s talk food!! The chicken, moist, tender and flavorful! I had a side of black beans & rice which was great! The black bean broth was so delicious, I could have eaten them alone… but wait! I haven’t even began to talk about the 2 special sauces that the owner Diego, has created. There is so much I can say about them, but it would be like telling you the ending of a good book… the suspense What I will disclose, is I can’t wait till he starts mass producing & bottling it. Long life Inka Chicken, you are a taste of heaven.

Juicy, crispy, and really well seasoned fried chicken. Tastes how my great grandma used to make it. I didn’t get their names, but great service from the guys running it. They have a great variety of Latin sides with roasted or fried chicken. Give them a try!

Absolutely amazing Diego and his team went beyond expectations For my granddaughter‘s birthday party catered over 40 people food was piping hot. Let me tell you the secret is in the sauce. I don’t know what sauces he makes homemade but they’re absolutely phenomenal 10 out of 10 I would recommend.

Although they aren’t quite open yet, I was lucky enough to stop by while they were doing a tasting. Wow, this Peruvian Rotisserie Chicken Food Truck is a big deal! I had never tasted a chicken so juicy and full of flavor. The place is a vibe, there’s beer and shish kebabs in the back yard along with plenty of seating and music. There’s also an 80 inch outdoor TV for sports. Grand Opening is Jan, 30th. Can’t wait!
