Inizio Pizza Napoletana makes one of the best pizzas I’ve tried. The dough is made from high-quality flour, giving it a light and authentic taste. The atmosphere is warm and pleasant, and the service is always quick and friendly. A great place to enjoy real Neapolitan pizza.

Incredibly disappointed at this experience. No business is perfect but how you go about service recovery is everything. Ordered two large pizzas on game day, one of which was over $30. Half of the pizza was burned and inedible. It’s unbelievable that someone would box that up and hand it to a customer. When I called back I was basically told that it was my fault that I ordered half ricotta. They don’t do half because it burns the pizza. The restaurant had my phone number and could have contacted me but instead decided to give me a burned Pizza. No apology. The manager offered to remake it but did not offer any compensation. I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant to exchange my pizza. Needless to say I won’t be returning.
Update: after my review, my order was credited. All could have been avoided with an apology for the inconvenience and an offer to credit when I was there. I changed my 1 star review to 3.

Their pizza flavors and ingredients are amazing! The pistachio pizza was my absolute favorite! Be aware that the crust is not hard and crispy. It is thin, and floppy, but the flavors are very good and it doesn’t take much to crisp it up a little bit in the oven when reheated.

Great pizza. The pistachio pizza is unique and a must try. You can only get full pizzas, small or large, and it’s a bit on the pricier end of normal but you’re paying for good food. There’s outdoor and indoor seating. Great music selection. You can see the pizza being made which is fun and service is fast and friendly. The gelato was great. You can mix flavors too which is always a win for me. Would absolutely recommend and revisit.

The ambiance of the restaurant is great, the staff is very friendly and went out of their way to tell me about the history and how they are attempting to recreate Naples, Italy in Charlotte. The food was equally appealing to look at as it was flavorful.
This is a must go if you are craving some great, salad, pizza, or just some gelato/canolis.

Damn good Pizza. That crust is I ask the young lady for a recommendation and she recommended the Tuscan with a side of Honey to drizzle on the pizza. Perfect, just perfect. Great choice to introduce me to this place. I highly recommend coming here if you want really damn good Pizza!

Really great pizza! Unfortunately I was charged the full size pizza even though I ordered and received the small size. Didn’t notice it at the time, only now after talking to friends who recently visited. Overcharging is an absolute no-go for me, I hope it was just an honest mistake because it’s absolutely the best pizza in the area.

Wonderful place for a family dinner or for friends to meet. High chairs were available for families with small children. Very relaxing , beautiful open restaurant. They do not offer individual slices. They do offer several pies cooked in a wood fired oven. Very quick serve time. We ordered the 16″ pie. Pizza Napoletana was tasty. The large pie is good for three adults who are not looking to over indulge. We did not get toppings, but that would like to try another pie from the menu. Personal opinion is more garlic flavor needed in the sauce. Antipasto, salads, and Caprese are on the menu, too. Beer and wine are offered, too. Definitely try them out!
