Needs Improvement in Service and Cleanliness
Visited this restaurant recently and unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. We ordered two dishes — the first one arrived after about 10 minutes, which was reasonable, but the second took a full 30 minutes to come out. It was disappointing to eat separately rather than enjoy the meal together.
Additionally, the water glasses provided were not properly washed and still had visible marks and smudges. The cutlery also had stains, which raised serious concerns about hygiene.
The food itself was decent, but the service and cleanliness left much to be desired. There’s definitely room for improvement in both management and attention to detail.

The food is really good and the staff is quite friendly as well. When we weren’t sure what to order, they were giving suggestions and it turned out to be a good experience. From now on, this is my Go-To Biryani place in Windsor (spice level is just right ). The food takes a bit of time to come but its worth the wait.
If you are into try something spicy, inclined towards Hyderabadi Biryani or some local South Indian…..this is the place to go

Just visited Nawab’s Windsor today due to word of mouth, so friends it is worth every dollar. Especially I loved the Chicken dum biryani and chicken thalapakatu biryani. I really drooled at their presentation. And of course the signature Apricot delight is lubbb. Amazing service and the server understood my spice levels and crafted the recipe according to my tastebuds. Many thanks to Chef and team.

Outstanding experience! I visited Nawab’s on a trip to Windsor and it was everything our party had hoped for and more. We shared three curry dishes and a “yellow gravy with vegetables” (recommended by the owner and translated so I could know how to ask for it again — so thoughtful!). We also ordered three types of bread and a side of rice. Everything was super fresh and flavorful! Will definitely be back on my next visit.

Treat yourself…..first thing I noticed was how clean it was.
The wait staff was awesome, the food was delicious and plentiful. The price was great for the portion. I highly recommend Nawab’s. Thank you, let’s just say…..I was full all day after having lunch, plus I had leftovers!

i’ve been here thrice and i’ve never been let down. i tried many different dishes and the food is excellent no matter what you get. the flavours are proper south indian/hyderabadi/telugu. the ambience is nice and the service could be better. i will definitely keep going back!

Although I wasn’t a big fan of the soups, I absolutely loved the flavors of other dishes. My top two were the chilli prawn fried rice & masala chicken lollipop followed by chicken Hyderabadi (65) and the Nawab’s dum biryanis (chicken & mutton).
The overall atmosphere was decent. I’d have more appreciated if the service was faster and if they served all food at once. Yet, kudos to the server who tried to keep up with our requests.
