My favorite pizza spot in Wallingford! The thin crust is always crispy and never saggy just how it should be. Great flavor, great quality, and consistent every time. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out!

My wife and I stopped for lunch today 12/05/25. She had a shrimp white pizza, I had a sausage/pepperoni pizza. Amazing!! Thin crust and full of flavor. We’ve been getting pizza to go for a while now but today chose to eat there. We got to meet Anthony the pizza maker and he was very nice, informative with top notch service. I have met Mike the owner on several occasions and he and other staff personnel have been very polite, friendly. I recommend you try the pie and give a local business your support.

We have been on a year long pizza tour. This place is awesome. Best crunch so far.. and the sauce is amazing. My son and I bought 3 large regular pies not knowing that we should’ve probably ordered the mozzarella..but we ate a pie and a half between us, and then I brought some home and we finished it all .. I could have run 10 miles after it. Very light and enjoyable. We are coming back for the mozzarella!

I’ve known Mike for a long time now, and know how much he puts into Inferno. His work ethic is immeasurable, and the pride he takes in his craft speaks measures. The pizza speaks for itself. Overall great experience, get down here if you haven’t already.

After spending an entire Sunday moving into a new house, we ordered a pizza for myself and my son. Not realizing they closed at 7pm we ended up running a little late. It was about 6:58 PM when I arrived. The two gentlemen waited for me to get my pizza before closing. I got the pizza they locked the doors and shut the lights. To me that is dedication to your customers. And the large meatball was outstanding!!

This place has the foundation to be a great place for thin crust pizza. The sauce and cheese balance flavor was great.
Let me preface this with saying the rest. I enjoy a pizza with a char or crisp crust.
There’s a saying it’s not burnt it’s well done. Iin this case it’s a bit beyond char. This is just burnt crust in most places.
The image of the garlic bread really details the burntness. On the left you can see a good crisp char on the right you see it’s clearly burnt bread. The pizza has the same issue some minor char but mostly just a burnt black crust.
Get that char balance figured out and you’ve got a great contender for thin crust pizza in the area

I hate posting this but I have to. If a line forms out of this place than it is what it is.
The best pizza ever. Thin crust and amazing sauce. All those that have lines out of the door great for them so come here before they get really busy. Only downside is the few tables to eat, so it’s mostly takeout. We actually got a table to sit at. Plus the chef is awesome. Anthony basically said. “ if you don’t see it on the menu just ask. I can do anything”.
Thank you for a great pizza. ❤️❤️❤️

I loved Inferno when they were in North Haven, so I’m VERY excited with their recent move to Wallingford. Inferno can easily hang with the other Wallingford greats like Christos, Trackside, & Napoli.
Mike, Chris, & the rest of the family/crew are always very friendly when I swing by for pies.
The dough is excellent, the pie is balanced, and their specialty pies are very well executed. I’ve tried the Inferno Special, Mashed Potato, Buffalo chicken, and the classic cheese pie…all great choices.

I pre-ordered 4 stuffed breads for New Year’s Eve, and let me just say Inferno did not disappoint. These breads were cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. They also make a great pizza. Inferno pizza is definitely worth trying.
