Do not eat here. My burger bun disintegrated in my hands. The Styrofoam boxes melted onto the food. This location shares space with another restaurant, and no one here seems to know the burger joint even exists. I waited 15 minutes for food that was already done, so the Styrofoam box melted onto the food, but the food was cold by the time I got it. If you are still thinking of getting a to-go order, let me give you some tips. The sign outside for the burger joint is actually the exit of the other restaurant. Enter through the Rise & Shine entrance instead. Don’t bother mentioning Burger Joint since no one there knows what that is. Just tell them you have a To Go order. They will tell you to sit down. Ignore them. Talk to every employee here and you may eventually find someone who knows what they are doing. Hint: It’s not the worthless owner. I’ve never had any issues with the other Burger Joint in Brownsburg, but after how awful this visit went, I’m never eating here, or at the other location again.

This used to be a Chinese Buffet and then an All American Buffet. Both places rarely had customers, and the food was hardly ever fresh. So, those physical location already has a stigma attached to it. This burger place changed the entry to the same dining area, I suspect to combat the stigma. The interior is redecorated, buffet bars removed, and colors changed on the walls and such. I ordered a mushroom burger and my other half had a jalepeño burger. We were not asked how we wanted it cooked. The menu says “fresh ground chuck,” but it seemed like a perfectly shaped frozen patty. The topping were plenty and quality was good. There is nothing special about the regular bun. The fries are awesome. There was one server who was stand offish at first but was attentive. There was a steady walk-in customer every couple of minutes, but one customer walked out feeling like he had been missed after placing an order and not receiving his drink prior to someone else. I order a half cut iced tea which wasn’t strong but good enough. The floor needed swept and tables organized. The menu has good offerings. All in all, it was a mediocre experience with no urge to go back. There are too many other burger joints around that are the same or better. Wendy’s and Applebee’s come to mind.

I wasn’t impressed at all.
I assumed a “Burger Joint” specialized in burgers. It turned out to be am add on to a Rise & Shine, and shuts down at 3pm.
I was given a menu for both “joints”, but ordered from the Burger Joint menu. I ordered a Mushroom Swiss Burger cooked Medium on a regular bun.
What I received was an extremely soggy sandwich cooked Medium Well (at least). It seemed as if the mushrooms had not been drained and the sandwich fell apart, dripping, in my hands. Aside from not being cooked as I ordered it the hamburger did not seem to be a very high quality beef.
The server was very polite and kind, but the food was very lacking. I have tried it and shall not return.

The newest location for Indy’s Burger Joint. Same gambit of burgers that are price effective and delicious. If you don’t get the parmesan waffle fries with your meal, you are missing out they are so good!

Best burger that I’ve had in a long time. Service was great. The food was still crazy hot when it came out and very fresh. Friend says the breakfast part of the restaurant is also very good. Definitely will be back.

Our waitress was amazing! Food on the other hand the bacon was raw and the onion straws were half cooked. Burger was way under. The tots and fries were amazing! The Nashville hot chicken sandwich was just a spicy sauce on an over cooked flat piece of chicken.

I have been to this location of Indy’s Burger Joint twice in the last 5 days and I hade two different burgers each time. The Indy’s Burger and the Hawaiian Burger. They both were VERY DELICIOUS!!!! The amount of Fries you get with your burger is insane. I couldn’t clean my plate. Took my family of 4 adults and my 2 year old granddaughter (they have a kids meal menu with lots of selections for kiddos for $5.99) and all 4 of us got a different burger. We all loved what we ordered. They are in the process of updating the inside but don’t let that deter you from going to eat here. No major construction is going on. My family and I will definitely be going back to the Burger Joint!!!!

Burger was cold and dry. Atmosphere is like a hospital cafe. Service messed up several of our orders, and one persons food came out after everyone else was done eating entirely.

We have ordered from here twice so far and both times were really delicious. The sliders were excellent. The grilled onions on top were the best part. We tried the garlic parm fries and they were flavorful and cheesy. The burgers were cooked well and they had a generous amount of toppings. The fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. For 4 meals here we paid basically the same as it would have been for burger king but the food was miles better.
