All of our food was fast, fresh, and delicious. The bbq sauce on the burger was different than what we’re used to, and the crispy onions were fresh as well.
The fires were seasoned and battered thick cut fries, really good.

I ate here for the first time and had an overall good experience. When you are carrying out, you order at the counter. When dining in, they come to your table like a restaurant which was nice. The fries are excellent!! The chicken sandwich was good, but it could’ve been better. They have ice cream and shakes. The service was excellent. The restrooms needed attention. The atmosphere was clean and tidy, but it was a bit small. Overall, it was a good experience. I’d go back, and I’d recommend.

As soon as we entered, we noticed the Crustiez graffiti sign was still on the right side wall. It is very strange that the new owners did not paint over the sign of the previous restaurant that leased the space two years ago. First, we ordered the Chips & Queso appetizer. The chips were stale, and what appeared to be a housemade ketchup based sauce was on the serving tray as opposed to a housemade salsa that was stated in the menu. The queso tasted delicious, but overall, the appetizer was a complete miss in my opinion. Our burgers (Bacon Cheeseburger, Indy’s Burger and the Bruschetta Burger) tasted good, but we did not consider them to be memorable to warrant us to come back on a more consistent basis. We hope to give it another try in the near future.

Well the $20something cheese was good. The avocado looks old and nasty the pretzels were hard as all get out. I wouldn’t even feed this to my dog. I usually come in 3 times a week because it’s close to work but not anymore.this was flat out nasty, service has gone way down hill for the past 2 weeks atleast.

Mushroom Swiss burger was good and onion rings were excellent!
The amount of ice cream that constituted a scoop was pathetic and having younger kids customer facing was a little awkward.

Seems like a cool spot, but from what I experienced, I won’t be returning. IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS, I WOULD!!! As I was trying to force the nasty food down my throat, in fear of wasting my money (they DONT GIVE REFUNDS for extremely low quality food), I discovered at least 4 different species of flies. I feared for my health in this establishment. Never again.

I have visited several times since they opened. I have always ordered the Crispy Chicken Salad to go. What started out being fantastic has become Less fantastic. Early on it was a FULL styrofoam container. Plenty of lettuce, cheese, diced tomatoes, real bacon pieces and what appeared to be two crispy chicken patties diced up. It has become much smaller and doesn’t have nearly as much as before. Less lettuce and only one chicken patty now. It also used to include 2 containers of dressing, now there’s only one. I’m assuming that’s because 1 is apparently enough since it’s a smaller portion. Don’t get me wrong, it’s still a good salad, it’s just so much smaller (for the same price) than it started out. I’m disappointed.
