Indian Wok is hands down the best Indian food in Frederick County! The portions are generous, the flavors are absolutely authentic and bursting with taste, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality you receive. Every dish feels thoughtfully prepared, and you can tell they truly care about their customers.
What really sets them apart is their kindness and attention to detail. For my birthday, when I ordered food, they included a heartfelt message with my meal. It’s the little things like that which make a big impact and show how much they value their patrons.
A special shout-out to Ms. Diya, her kindness over the phone truly radiates! Every interaction with her is warm and welcoming, and that experience keeps me calling back whenever I order.
If you’re looking for incredible Indian cuisine with exceptional service, Indian Wok is the place to go. Highly recommend!
The restaurant is take-out only. Their online ordering system allows you to make requests about individual dishes (e.g., spice level) and to schedule your desired pickup time. Our orders have always been ready when scheduled.
everything was truly great, i would definitely go there again.
When you think Indian food, you get a few things and share and it’s normally a lot of food. When we picked up the bag, it was so light and it was such a red flag. We paid close to 60$ for three main dishes, one naan, and a rice pudding. I think that is absolutely ridiculous when you open it up and it ends up being mini containers or each food! (In pictures attached, they are less than 5 inches in diameter. It’s not normal size take out containers…) In the chicken dishes there were maybe 10 pieces of cubed chicken. The vegetable korma while pretty tasty, they are using a frozen vegetable medley for the green beans/carrot and peas. Why are you not cooking these from fresh with those prices?
Butter chicken also was ok for taste, a little heavy on the tomato in the sauce.
Out of 60$ we had literally three plates of food total…
Best thing out of everything was the rice pudding and the naan. It saved the meal.
Would not get again due to price, portions, and sketchy location.
