⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Indian Wok – Walkersville
Indian Wok is hands down the best Indian food in Frederick County! The portions are generous, the flavors are absolutely authentic and bursting with taste, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality you receive. Every dish feels thoughtfully prepared, and you can tell they truly care about their customers.

What really sets them apart is their kindness and attention to detail. For my birthday, when I ordered food, they included a heartfelt message with my meal. It’s the little things like that which make a big impact and show how much they value their patrons.

A special shout-out to Ms. Diya, her kindness over the phone truly radiates! Every interaction with her is warm and welcoming, and that experience keeps me calling back whenever I order.
If you’re looking for incredible Indian cuisine with exceptional service, Indian Wok is the place to go. Highly recommend!

We ordered carry out meals. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious! We got the Manchurian cauliflower, chicken chili mango, and the Chana masala. Everything was flavorful. We will definitely be back to try more menu items!

This was my first time eating Indian food and so many people said this was the best place to order it. They were correct. The quality of the food is a 10/10. The cost is great and the portion sizes are too. The gentleman working there when I walked in was very friendly and polite. I will definitely go back.

Indian Wok has become our favorite Indian restaurant! The food is invariably delicious, with complex, intriguing flavors and an extensive menu. My wife and I recommend this very highly.

The restaurant is take-out only. Their online ordering system allows you to make requests about individual dishes (e.g., spice level) and to schedule your desired pickup time. Our orders have always been ready when scheduled.

If I can give 6 or more stars to this restaurant, I would. The Briyani tasted so delicious. The lady(maybe owner) was so nice. The dining place smell so delicious from their cooking. It is going to be my go to place to eat every week. I am so thrilled I found this place.

Absolutely delicious chicken curry and lamb saag. Some of the best samosa we’ve ever tasted. The only reason I rate it at 4 stars for atmosphere is that it is take-out only. Will definitely eat here again.

a group of us came here after church and really enjoyed the food….the food tasted authentic and homemade. we had the sweet and sour cauliflower, vegetable samosas, chicken friend rice, garlic naan, and lamb biryani. the tzatziki sauce was amazing.

everything was truly great, i would definitely go there again.

Long time fans of India Wok. We placed an order for 2 butter chickens, rice and naan. This time it tasted like chicken in prego pasta sauce. The recipe has been changed. The rice and naan were very bland. The staff have been so friendly and accommodating, but we are sorely disappointed in the food.

I ordered for chicken saag for carry out but the flavor of it was so bad that I had to stop eating it after consuming little bit of it. I think this store changes ownership frequently maybe after every few months but I can say the present ownership is a worst in quality. Please think twice before placing any order expecting an Indian flavor.

I wanted to really like this place but the prices and portions just completely threw off the experience. Firstly the restaurant itself is very strange, just pretty much a counter and you can’t see anything other than the walkway to the kitchen. It didn’t seem overly clean. Not a place to eat in for sure.

When you think Indian food, you get a few things and share and it’s normally a lot of food. When we picked up the bag, it was so light and it was such a red flag. We paid close to 60$ for three main dishes, one naan, and a rice pudding. I think that is absolutely ridiculous when you open it up and it ends up being mini containers or each food! (In pictures attached, they are less than 5 inches in diameter. It’s not normal size take out containers…) In the chicken dishes there were maybe 10 pieces of cubed chicken. The vegetable korma while pretty tasty, they are using a frozen vegetable medley for the green beans/carrot and peas. Why are you not cooking these from fresh with those prices?
Butter chicken also was ok for taste, a little heavy on the tomato in the sauce.
Out of 60$ we had literally three plates of food total…

Best thing out of everything was the rice pudding and the naan. It saved the meal.

Would not get again due to price, portions, and sketchy location.
