We have an Indian spot in the area! Great family place with all the spices you could desire. Ordered the samosa and some dal. Watched them make it in kitchen. Super good! I will definitely be trying other dishes later!

Living in Chicago within walking distance to Devon Ave, I am surrounded by great Indian food. I took a weekend get away to Lake Geneva and was craving Indian food, and this was the closest place to LG. It was definitely worth the drive. The food was some of the best food I have ever had… anywhere. I had the chicken biryani, paneer and garlic naan. The food temperature was hot (perfect) and it met my expectation for the preferred level of spice (hot spicy). The owner was very accommodating and very kind to speak with. The food was aromatic and so flavorful. I enjoyed my visit very much and will drive from the city again to go back. Thank you for a great meal on my birthday. See you soon!

We finally got an Indian restaurant!! Really good stuff. I am vegan and they were able to accommodate some meat and dairy free dishes for me. The samosas are amazing. My husband loves the butter chicken. The owners are so nice and willing to provide suggestions. The grocery store is great to browse while you’re waiting for the food. Check out the frozen naan section. Awesome options there!

This place should be 5 stars easy. Great food, great prices, amazing portions… They just are way understaffed and allow for way too many orders. The poor cook (singular) seems to cook literally every dish from scratch, ever time, every order. In the tiny kitchen, with people walking in, calling in, and ordering online, things can get quickly out of hand for them. Be careful of when and how your order.

Went in for the food and the owners were so kind and generous. I was thrilled to see all the options in the grocery side and am hopeful to learn more of this style of cooking. Having something so close and not the usual fare is refreshing and I hope that this place does well and sticks around!

Stopped in one day decided to try it, I loved there food and ended up taking my wife there the next day for dinner! Amazing food! Also I just saw a review that gave them one or two stars saying there food is microwaved and I beg to differ cause both times I’ve watched them cook my food fresh.

I gave this place two chances and am so disappointed. I was so excited to have an Indian restaurant and grocery store nearby. Tonight I ordered food from the “restaurant” for the second time. The first time we got an order of chicken biriyani that came with one tiny chicken leg. This time, because I believe in 2nd chances apparently, we ordered the chicken biriyani again and was given a small bowl of rice and some literal chicken bones…NO MEAT! Also ordered the butter chicken and nan. The butter chicken was okay. However, all of the food was microwaved, not fresh made. I could have saved the 40$ they charged and bought my own microwaveable Indian frozen food. Won’t be going back.

Love this store. Super cheap and the guy that cooks the made to order food is very nice and helpful. He took the time to help us find a couple ingredients for Chaat and explained how he makes it. We always stop at this place when were running around grocery shopping on the weekends. 5 ‘s!

The restaurant is very small right now but the food is great. We got the food to go and it was excellent! We tried the Palak Paneer and the Chana Masala along with some rice and Naan and it was all really good.
The grocery store seems well stocked with a lot of Indian products.
