Indian Masala House is a great restaurant for parties of all sizes. Their interior has a selection of seating and wonderful decor making this a great place for a larger gathering.

The food is amazing. I tried the Tandoori Dinner for Two which is a phenomenal value. You get a good amount of food all of which is delicious. The Chicken and Lamb Tandoori were flavorful and cooked to perfection, paired with the Channa Masala made for a delicious meal. I also loved Onion Pakora and Veggie Samosa.

Our waiter was extremely helpful and offered us options for when the Dinner for two had an option that we didn’t necessarily want. I hope to revisit this delightful restaurant in the future!

I visited this restaurant expecting authentic Indian cuisine, but later realized it’s Bangladeshi-owned with a Bangladeshi chef. It’s disappointing and misleading to market it as an Indian restaurant when it’s not. I also do not prefer halal food, and there was no clear mention of it anywhere — that’s unfair to customers who make choices based on such details. The food itself was nominal in taste, portions were average, and the location was decent with plenty of parking available. Overall, it’s okay for a casual meal, but transparency about cuisine type and preparation style is very important.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Truly Unforgettable Experience — More Than a Restaurant, This Is Family

Yesterday was my son’s 24th birthday, and he insisted that we celebrate at his favorite Indian restaurant in the Valley — despite us living all the way in Beverly Hills. I’ve heard him rave about this place for months, and now I fully understand why.

From the moment we walked in with his friends, we were welcomed with warmth, sincerity, and the kind of hospitality you just don’t find often anymore. The restaurant itself is beautiful and spotless, but what truly sets it apart is the service. The staff treated my son like family — not like a customer, but like someone they truly cared about.

The food was absolutely delicious, full of rich flavor and authenticity. Every dish was prepared perfectly, and you could feel the passion behind the cooking.

But what touched me the most was something completely unexpected. We didn’t bring a cake, and without us saying a word, the owner, MK, surprised my son with a birthday cake — and to make the moment even more special, it happened to be MK’s birthday as well. That genuine act of kindness moved me deeply. It wasn’t just thoughtful; it showed the heart and soul behind this establishment.

MK is the kind of owner who deserves every bit of success because he gives so much of himself to his customers. This restaurant isn’t just serving food — it’s creating memories, celebrating people, and building community.

It’s probably the best Indian Restaurant in the area, no doubt. We always get the dinner for two. Don’t get scared by the price (around $60) which it may sound a lot, but it’s actually plenty of food to feed at least 4 people comfortably. Our favorite is the Channa Masala! It’s really tasty! Samosas are phenomenal too.

Very friendly restaurant owner -> excellent service, big portions, nice atmosphere, well visited and decent food. We had a lovely family dinner and took one more portion home.

Minor thing to improve: the usual samosa Dow is rather dry & crunchy on outside, here it was different as I remember plus they are rather smaller size.

Otherwise a nice place to dine.
We’ll come back.

Indian Masala is hands down the best Indian in LA…. my boyfriend and I have been coming here for two years and their flavorful, delightful dishes are so consistent. We highly recommend the Sag Paneer and the Vegetable Masala. And the staff and owner go above and beyond with the service. We’ll see you next time Indian Masala!

They offer a truly enjoyable Indian dining experience. The food was flavorful and well-prepared, from the crispy samosas to the rich and satisfying butter chicken. The spices were perfectly balanced, creating authentic and delicious dishes. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Overall, a great spot for a tasty Indian meal! Highly recommended.

Really really really good! We loved it! We ate so much I am surprised I can breath.
The food was made fresh and the bread nan was perfect! The prices are reasonable and the location is nice with parking on the rear! We had the mixed appetizers, fried rice, mushrooms , and chicken vindalo.
The customer service was really good too! The waiter was nice to us and made recommendations and checked on us to make sure we were good .

Rather than owning up to the fact that their food is practically inedible, this business tries to dodge accountability with slick deflections and flimsy excuses for their poor cooking. The food is disgusting at this place, stay away. The worst Indian food I ever had. Trader Joe’s premade dishes are cooked better and taste better. The mint sauce is old, the color is off, not green but yellow, the chicken is overcooked, woody, impossible to eat, the paneer is undercooked, almost raw. The curry sauce is the same for chicken and paneer; it’s like they cook the protein separately and then pour the curry over it. Chutney was extremely vinegary. Pakora was super dry and almost burned. Waste of $100, my husband and I couldn’t eat 1/4 of what we ordered, so it went straight to the garbage.
